I found Nourish online. Made an appointment to get rid of stubborn blackheads I get in the corner of my eyes. Jelena the owner recommended the $170 peel.... wow my skin as never been so radiant, she has this great machine that literally vacuumed all the dead cells off my face. Amazing! I would highly recommend her services. And for the reviewer that complained about their car getting wet when she owner was water her plants outside ....Get a freaken LIFE! read more

Birthday spa day and we landed here! Small shop nicely designed. We came for facials and massages, but it looked like a lot of other services were offered as well. Busy upon walking in, so we waited a few minutes until they came out. Everything was great! The facial was really nice and I loved how the owner asked questions, gave suggestions, and explained the process. It really made me go home and revamp my facial items! The massage was nice as well. Since I did facial first, I faced upwards for my massage and I must say it interrupted my nap pattern a bit when it came to flipping over a bit Lol. For two people facial + massage it was about $400 since I had a small upgrade to my facial. When she mentioned what method she recommended, it would've been nice if she mentioned the change in cost but also I could've asked. I was in VB for vacation and the aesthetician was asking me why there of all places. Not sure why that matters to her but I answered. Then she started talking about the different places I should check out in VB. Well we were going home the next day so it didn't matter. I made an appointment for a specific facial however as soon as the aesthetician was starting the process, she was asking me if I wanted to get a different facial which was more expensive. I told her no and that I made an appointment for a different facial. After that she asked me if I wanted my eyebrows waxed. I said I get that when I get my haircuts. During the facial she told me I had a lot of blackheads in my nose area which was odd because I had just gotten a facial 3 months prior and the previous aesthetician said I didn't have much. When she started pricking my nose she was pushing so hard I started crying from the pain and at one point screamed bec it was hurting me. I get facials every 2-3 months and I've been told that when aesthetician does it too hard they're actually breaking your pores and can scar you. Even when she massaged my shoulders for a bit it was painful and between the pain she was inflicting and her chit chat It was definitely not a relaxing experience. She also finished 10 minutes early so I didn't get a full hour and she walked out a few times so the entire thing was probably about 30-35 min of service Instead of the hour I expected. Overall this aesthetician just seemed money hungry and unprofessional. I was not happy with the service nor the experience period and I'm not one to take the time to give reviews but felt I should to prevent anyone else from spending $120 where there are so many other places you can go to where you get your money worth and a pleasant experience. read more

Things turned out okay, I almost got charged an extra hundred dollars had I not read what she tried to charge me. I truly don't feel like the service was worth her prices. She Tried really hard to upgrade my service, and the basic facial did not seem like a normal servicing compared to others I've gotten at that same price/ lower. Her movements were really rough on my skin and the first time anyone has tried to pop the pimples that weren't surfaced but maybe that's normal... the lash lift did okay I think but I can't tell the difference, it's possible my lashes are just short. I just felt really anxious instead of relaxed throughout, was waiting to leave.. atmosphere was alright, a little run down but my main focus was the service and outcome. The only good thing I really have to say is that the woman was at least kind, maybe not so honest though. read more

This past Saturday 1:30PM I schedule a 1 hour hydra-facial at Nourish. When I walked in, there was no one to greet me. I sat for ten minutes when finally the Esthetician came out to report she was running late due to previous customers requesting "add ons." She was nice, apologetic, and asked if I could wait 15 more minutes. I agreed. Once we got started at 2:05pm, the treatment was fantastic and professional but ended too soon. When the Esthetician left, I got up to get my shoes and shirt on and checked the clock - it 2:35PM. I was charged for the full hour ($190) and actually left a $20 tip. I am the type who avoids confrontation in the moment. But when I drove off, I wondered, "what did I just do?" It wasn't my fault previous customers wanted "add ons." The right thing for Nourish to do would have been to decline the add ons because of other customers but at minimal, perhaps I should have been discounted or charged just for 1/2 hour? Believe it or not, I may go back. The facial WAS excellent for the 30 minutes I got. But I would need assurance next time that I won't be ripped off. read more

I received a gift card for this spa and attempted to call to make an appointment twice and have left messages as well as emailed them. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls or answers emails. I do not recommend them for lack of good customer service, it's awful! read more

I had a lovely spa day for my birthday on my first visit! Jelana and Cola treated me wonderfully and are very skilled an knowledgeable. My body scrub, massage, facial, mani AND pedi were all wonderful, and lunch was included also! The decor is very nice, it is a small but very clean and quaint spa. I have never written a review before but my visits were so unfortunate that I had to document my experience. My son gave me a gift card to this "spa" because it was the closest to my home. I made an appointment for a facial. When I arrived, she kept me waiting 15 minutes (and she was not with a customer), insisted that I needed a more expensive facial, continued to "up-sell" and basically demanded a tip. A facial that was suppose to last 60 minutes lasted about 40. I had a bit of credit left so three months later I made an appointment for an express 30-minute pedicure. I was the only customer in the shop; she took me right away and ran the water so I could soak. She left to make phone calls and then went outside to talk with someone who had stopped by. After soaking for 15+ minutes, I got up and left. She gave no indication that she was planning to come back in nor did she apologize or say, "she would be right there." Possibly my experiences were unique because she knew I wasn't going to be a repeat customer, but I was a customer nonetheless. read more

I am writing this review based on one service there. They offer many different services, but the only thing I have tried so far is the massage. I recently was searching for a place that offers a deep tissue myofascial release massage for a tight piriformis muscle. The masseuse that offers that type of massage had already left for the day and they were close to closing. After I explained my pain and why I really needed one to the salon owner, Elena, she called the masseuse for me. She drove back out to work and they both stayed a little past closing to help me out. I was extremely grateful! The massage worked and brought great relief. The salon is nice and clean and both employees were very professional and kind. Elena told me a lot of information about her facials and skin care. They even sell skin care products, most of which are organic. I am looking forward to returning and trying more services.
