It sucks having to go to one store for produce, another for bulk beans and spices and things... Instead of having dry goods in bins, everything here is wrapped in plastic. Animal- and environment-maiming plastic. Come on!!!! There's a much more reasonably priced and better quality selection of organic produce than at WF or Kroger. A good selection of gluten-free grains and baking flours, as well as GF snacks, cereals... A crazy amount of vitamins and supplements - one whole side of the store. Lots of nice bulk items you won't find elsewhere, like jasmine tea and cinnamon sticks. Unique chocolates and teas and trail mixes - all kinda fun stuff. Plus they give you a free lady bug bag on your first visit - so nice. --- some things aren't fresh, like berries, daikon; some arent fresh and are way overpriced, like ginger; there aren't some items like red onions, cherry toor cilantro. it was freezing in the store; the classes they offer aren't of interest; the beauty section (shampoo, lotion, solid peetc.) selection isn't great. I mean there are tons of products, and it's great you can sample them, but they're not that great of quality.

The customer service was horrible. The billing, a nightmare. This company overcharged our company by thousands of dollars, saying it was a clerical mistake to charge us weekly for a monthly plan. Then, after stopping the service we were still charged, and they now won't return my calls and messages to get refunded. Clearly, this company does not keep track of their billing and accounting and are not worried that they overcharged and are not in a hurry to resolve the issue.
