They always say someone will call back, but after about 10 tens calling them, no one calls me back. I have emailed Tiersa multiple times and received no reply. They also took my damaged mirror during the demo saying insurance should pay for it. Now that insurance will not pay, they can provide me no records about the mirror. I HIGHLY recommend that you do not consider this company. There is no way to reach anyone if you have any issues because they don't have a public phone number, just an answering service.
