The owner (Wade Bowles) came out himself which my husband and I both thought was incredible but he took it a step further and climbed onto our roof with the roofer! THE OWNER himself! Talk about customer service. There are too many to name here but we've written down everyone's name that came through our door. I will add Colby Hutchinson, Sergio Rodriguez, Victor (I'm sorry I forgot your last name) the painter, and Jessica Bowles are such good people that throughout this rough time, We've felt loved and taken care of. That allowed humidity into the walls and caused mold and paint blistering around my front entry door. I turned again to YELP to locate a company to remediate the results and find the cause or source of the problem. Alan's Restoration had the highest number of 5-star reviews so I took a chance and contacted them - now wary of the highly rated YELP reviews. Turns out this outfit is worth their 5-stars - and then some. EXCELLENT customer service including accurate and frequent communication, fast response, quick turnaround, friendly people and most important - when a substantial problem (that they did not create) developed during the project - they came back after completion and corrected it the next day. And I'm sure it was probably at their expense. Not many companies like this around anymore. I know that for sure from nearly 70 years of experience with 50 in project management. It's a real crap shoot these days when contracting with anyone on YELP or pretty much anywhere else, as I unfortunately found out with that cable company that caused this entire problem. So, I could not rate this company any higher and I recommend them more than any other I've dealt with in many decades. They yanked my bacon outa' the frying pan on this one.

They discovered a toilet water line had broken flooding our entire home under 3 inches of water. I called DRY MORE and they came out quickly. They were very professional. They knew what to do to dry out our home. They were our knights in shining armor when they drove up in their yellow truck. DRY MORE to the rescue. After extracting as much water as possible, they carefully positioned numerous fans to help take out the moisture. They removed baseboards and put drain holes in the lower drywall to allow the fans access to water that could cause mold if not properly dried out. They told us exactly what steps our insurance company required for them to take to insure our home was restored properly. They monitored the moisture levels over the next few days until the levels were good enough to remove the fans. They filed the claim with our insurance company. No money was exchanged that night. Meticulous, perfection-driven, obsessed with details, hard workers, fast…read more This is a family business, with dad and two young adult sons doing the hard labor, and mom handling the business end. I have what you could call a "special needs" fence, deck, and yard. Electrical lights and outlets on the fence posts, an extra wide gate in the rear for bringing in a washing machine one day, removeable deck panel for access to AC lines, wanted the deck built on concrete blocks instead of chopping post holes into my driveway and live oak tree roots, pet turtles in the yard, and a koi pond that it was essential to not disturb the filter or plumbing or connections. Other companies didn't understand what I was needing, argued with me, or didn't speak English. But all DWS said was: Yes, yes, yes. My experience with contractors is that they're bulldozers, and I fully expected my yard and items to be trashed. Not with DWS. They carefully removed the electrical and then replaced it on the new fence posts - everything works. I had cleared the space as well as possible, but there were still items they had to move. All my garden décor, windchimes, turtle pen, etc. were preserved and neatly set where I could find them. Best of all, there was no damage to the pond, plumbing, or garden. They even did some "extra" things, like haul off pots that were too heavy for me, and trim a few branches on a baby tree. They didn't start too early (no morning noise to bother neighbors), and they wrapped up mid-afternoon. They use quick-set cement, so they can dig a post hole, erect the post, and then add rails and pickets all on the same day. They worked incredibly hard in July heat, and finished job a day early. Cleaned the driveway, sidewalk, and yard of all debris. A few things should have been hashed out better ahead of time. Type of gate hardware and locks, pergola / shade cover, retaining wall, moved the fenceline in 6" (made my yard smaller), cutting a limb off my precious live oak tree. Luckily, some of these were discussed the day before install, and were able to make last minute changes, with price adjustments where appropriate. The price for about 100' of cedar fencing and two modest decks was a gasp moment - but in line with other companies. The 50% deposit was daunting, esp for an outfit I knew nothing about, but it's in line with industry standards. Plus, they didn't ask for it until the week before install. Easy on-line pay, good communicators. The finished fence is sturdy, beautiful, and pickets all straight along the top. They hide the gate hinges for a neat look. Decks are exactly what I asked for. As an example of detail, a portion of my deck goes around the oak tree. Instead of cutting a circle out of the deck to accommodate the tree trunk, they cut the boards into pie slice-shaped wedges, so the boards fit around the tree like a pinwheel. ! This had to take amazing engineering, measuring, and cutting. Folks, there was no need to do this. This is a small deck in the back of the yard that's going to be covered with lawn chairs and potted plants and no one will ever see (except me). I can only think they did this out of obsession with detail, and had fun with the math and logistics. When they left, Dan shook my hand and told me he offers a 150% guarantee. Indeed, as the summer went on and lack of rain caused the fenceposts to shift and the gate started sticking, they came back twice to make adjustments. There's more good stuff to tell, but I'm hitting the word limit. Bottom line, I couldn't be more pleased with the people, quality, workmanship, and professionalism. You will be, too.

When researching fence companies, I bid my project out to several local businesses using the exact same specifications so I was getting an apples-to-apples comparison. DWS came in with the best price. When I requested a change to the original project scope after starting, they were transparent about the additional cost and provided a timely and fair change order. They were hit with multiple weather events, which delayed our project and subsequent projects they had on the books after ours unfortunately too. Despite the delays, Dan never rushed anything or cut corners and got the job done right. They operate honestly and would recommend to anyone looking to install a new fence.

I want to share with everybody my wonderful experience and how ProGeneralService - Victoria, Mike and Anton saved me from a rip off job. Background: I called a "Greensheet" ad for a remodeler looking for somebody to lay laminate and ceramic tile in a Harvey house that I was remodeling. "AJ" arrived promising a 2 day turnaround, showed photos, beat competitors prices, expert crew, pay on completion yada, yada, yada. Skip forward for the sake of space : 2 weeks went by, only had a straight saw, could not cut around doors, damaged my remodelers trim job to make their job easier, beer bottles left everywhere, scratched floors, NIGHTLY (10pm -2AM) crying for money (to my regret I paid half to get rid of them), no tools, no skill or knowledge to cut other than a straight line, did not lay vapor barrier (though they used it for their knees), did not use underlayment, used my NEW toilets as a horse to cut tile - cracked 2, did not pick up rocks or level floors, no regards to new paint job, did not clean up grout when layed leaving new tile covered in dried grout, they started on 2 directions of the floor and were several inches off in the dining room. Everything that went wrong did go wrong. After many calls to other contractors, broken appointments, contractors not wanting to touch the job, contractors that did not walk the job I finally realized ProGeneralService was the best for the job. Why? They walked the entire job, it wasn't a 2 minute sales job. They really looked at the situation. Anton saw things I did not see and pointed out solutions. Wow, I couldn't believe what I had in front of me. Spring break came and I was in Florida, during this time I was able to arrange from 700 miles away the completion of my floor job and save the disaster that I had in front of me. I was in communication with Victoria the whole time. She understood my concerns and worked with me when she can but stressed that her workers will not cut corners nor give a substandard job. The owner, Mike arrived at the job site twice while I was there and once when I was in Florida. He listened to my issues with the prior contractor and how I was swindled. One piece of advice that he gave, "anybody can show photos of a floor, if they don't have insurance they are not a legitimate company." Good advice. What I got from ProGeneralService was a fair price for exceptional results. I wish I called ProGeneralService first. Beware of the "Harvey" demo crews left behind with little to no skill, let them go home...call ProGeneralService. I really, really, really wish I did. I can't say enough on how they saved me from a disastrous flooring job. read more

When setting up an appt for a free quote inspection, I received a reply in less than a few hours. The techs that showed up were: prompt, respectful of my home, thorough, honest and friendly. They inspected every vent for blockage and/or damage. Nothing was found. Some companies would have talked me into a service I didn't need, but not ProGeneralService. They patiently answered my questions and offered a couple of suggestions. They did NOT bombard me with follow-up emails either. I especially appreciate the fact that he was willing to give me a price before arriving. No other company would do that. They all insisted on coming to see the job first. I didn't want a bunch of different companies coming to my home. My schedule wouldn't allow that. I even added some windows after Roshan arrived, and he was happy to do them at a minimal extral charge. He even got my sliding screen door working again, at no extra charge. And his wife helped me get my new earbuds to work. They are a lovely, hard,working couple. I highly recommend them.

Carlos was extremely friendly on the phone and made special arrangements to come out to my house that day! He even gave me updates via text as to the status of the cleaners so I knew their ETA. He brought Jessica and her husband who did phenomenal work. They were even able to remove some hard water stains that I had been trying for years to remove (why hadn't I called them earlier?). Included in the cleaning was inside and outside the refrigerator and oven. Again, spotless work. They cleaned the entire house in a few hours and it looks brand new and smells fresh. I'm sure the buyer of my house will appreciate it. I would highly recommend Carlos for any jobs in the future, he really saved me today!

I always make sure to call them before we have out of town visitors. I appreciate their attention to detail -- no item is too small to be wiped down or scrubbed up. They do an excellent job with our glass - the sliding outer doors and shower door. We have pets and I like that Right Choice really scrubs our tile floors clean. I try to keep our house clean on my own, but Right Choice does a better job than I can do myself. They are very responsive. They are flexible and willing to make an appointment around my schedule. When I call 477-8788 at night and leave a message, I always hear back from them the next morning. The workers at Right Choice are thorough and make me feel that I've gotten my money's worth.
