I scheduled a piano tuning and got a message the day before the tuning that he had to reschedule. I had arranged my work and life schedule to accommodate the piano tuning. I asked if there would be a discount since we would have to reschedule and I would have to rearrange my life and work schedule and I was told no. I understand that life happens but I expect some respect of my time and a discount for the inconvenience. I would not recommend. read more
