I had had a very subpar IPL a few weeks before my treatment at Lazer Luxury somewhere else so I thought I knew what to expect as a result but Holy cow. LL gave me 10x the results at 30% of the previous price. Prepare with your own facial numbing cream - several layers over several hours - and be patient. Even before looking at the affected area, he wanted to do a whole body check - to be thorough. He had a hunch of what the issue was, took a swab and came back 15 minutes later. I was a bit shocked and impressed when he said he looked at the sample under the microscope and had diagnosed me and was able to point to the evidence all while I waited! It turns out I have psoriasis and have had it for over 10 years. Previous doctors completely missed this and some even misdiagnosed me. I was delighted when he gave me information to read, sample medication and helpful tips on how to cope with the symptoms. I would highly recommend Dr. Rosen - he is everything you want in a Dr. and more!

Then you have your appointment for a removal and they make you wait an hour past your appointment. It's so chaotic and unorganized. Plus they do the removal in one site but then you must travel to a different site to see the plastic surgeon. So you are traveling to different sites in one day.
