I am updating my review to note the administrative incompetency that has continued since Cutting…read moreEdge cancelled our contract on July 1. We had a new mower lined up, and he was ready to do his first mowing on July 6. On July 3, I came home to find our lawn had been mowed by Cutting Edge again. I had to let my new mower know not to come that week. At this point, I have come to expect the lack of communication between the front office and the mowers, so I figured there was just a lag in the scheduling. Well, Cutting Edge came again on July 11, and I had to cancel my new mower again! I emailed Brian on July 13 to tell him that we were still getting mowings. He apologized and said that we would not have to pay for them. Now, Reader, you must know what I am going to say next. Yep! We received our July bill promptly in early August; I ignored it, of course. Well, it is now September 7, and sure enough we received yet another invoice with, I kid you not, a 10% late payment fee! I have emailed Brian to let him know and can't wait to hear back from him. I am relating these anecdotes to illustrate the utter lack of professionalism with which Cutting Edge conducts business. With all the great landscaping businesses out there, no one should have to put up with this.

I hired Will to remove some deep set roots that had wrecked my patio by upturning most of the…read morebricks. I had Two other contractors come out to look at the issue; one could remove the roots but couldn't do the brick work, the second could do the brick work but couldn't remove the roots. Iron Will came out and told me to rest assure that they could do both of the tasks (which saved me hiring two separate contractors). He came right on time and finished the job in less time than I could have imagined. My uneven torn-up patio is reset and even once more. It looks new! Fair honest work at a respectable rate. What more can you hope for!? Bravo will hire again!
