The techs are also very friendly and make sure their patients do all their exercises correctly and effectively. The receptionist is very efficient in scheduling appointments and keeping everything running smoothly. One additional plus is Bayside's Health and Wellness program. When your health insurance company says you're done with official PT, you have the option of continuing your path to wellness with Sarah, Bayside's certified trainer. She determines what exercise program will work best for you, and then works with you individually to help you reach your goals. She is wonderful in creating specific exercises that match your abilities, while also encouraging you to stretch beyond your current capabilities. I started going to this PT office after having knee pain while I was training for my first half-marathon. I cannot recommend this office enough - I LOVE Martin and the rest of the staff. It's pretty ass-kicking but at the end it was so worth it. Martin is incredibly knowledgable and thorough, and at the same time pretty goofy and personable. Not to mention, my knee pain is completely gone now and I was able to run my half-marathon with ease. I'm so grateful for Martin and his amazing team.

Having had some experience and background in exercise physiology, several major joint surgeries and…read morepost-rehab PT over the years, I thought I knew enough for self-help PT on my injured shoulder, having been broadsided while riding my bike by another cyclist moving at a high speed. While I wasn't too far off track on the general exercises, I learned from the excellent, skilled therapists at Patterson that I was doing several exercises entirely wrong, some were even detrimental to my rehab plan. I've never been to a PT office where a licensed, experienced PT spent the entire hour with me, offering guidance throughout the entire process. They pay close attention (without being annoying). And even though I was approved for weeks of PT, they are 'graduating' me early as a result of progress made, abiding by an honesty policy that Patterson is known for in the community; you can fully trust their work, dedication to healing and the friendly atmosphere.
