The atmosphere was very laid back, but dealing with my issue, Becky was extremely thorough to assess what was happening. She could see this was an issue with a pinched nerve and she narrowed it down to two specific areas, then worked carefully and diligently to deal with the "pinched" areas. I know it sounds crazy, but I felt almost immediate relief once I left the office. I have a couple more sessions scheduled, but even waking up the next morning, the pain had subsided by half. My physical therapy was great but they have misleading billing practices…read more I was told my responsible insurance co-pay was only $10 from the start of June to the end of Oct 2023. After my first required sessions were finished they wanted me to sign again with an only $10 copay. Sessions lasted 5 months. In November I got my FIRST BILL from them after 5 months totaling almost $500 with what they said was my responsibility after my insurance payments to ATI. Why wait 5 months to send my first bill, and when they realized I owed more $ month to month why wasn't my co-payment increased? They withheld this information thinking we would cancel the therapy is why. They will be reported to the BBB and consumer protection agency.

Prior to this place I could barely stand on my two feet. I have come a long way, they offered patience and understanding with techniques and exercises to get me back on my feet. Quite literally.
