We have used this business to take care of the mower since we bought it. Never would it have occurred to us to check the oil level after just having it changed. After conversations with the shop foreman who admitted that there was no oil leaked on the engine nor was there any oil on our concrete barn floor or smoking when the engine was running. somehow all liability for the missing oil fell to us and the owner of the business felt no responsibility to share in the very large repair bill to fix the mower.
