If you want the best care for yourself or family members then you need to look elsewhere..My dad…read morehas COPD and has had a prescription for Advair inhaler..this inhaler is very necessary for him to breathe properly..and not have to rely on oxygen..after being notified by the Pharmacy that the prescription had run out and was denied renewal I contacted the Drs office that morning to find out why..I was informed that I could call back after 3pm or contact the Pharmacy to find out if the prescription was being renewed..I called back around 3:30...the prescription had been denied..after I requested answers I was told that it would be reviewed and could expect a return call..the office closes at 5pm so after not getting any response from the office I called back at 4:45..I was treated very rudely and was told the prescription had been renewed and sent to the pharmacy...it makes me sad for the patients that don't question issues similar to what we experienced with this office..my Dad will be locating a different medical provider that will take time a treat him like he is no more than just a number!!

Before they can get my wife in a bed an ER attendant is already entering the room asking for debit card. She tells me there was a $200 copay. When I get the receipt I notice I was charged $800 - when I asked why the difference the ER attendant goes absolutely nuts, screaming and acting aggressively towards me, yelling out loud that she "knew how to do her job" and if I didn't like it I could take my "so-called" sick wife elsewhere.. Yes, she actually said "so-called". Two other female ER staffers behind the desk thought it was funny and sat there laughing out loud. The one saving grace here was that those working in actual ER were grown adults capable of acting professionally. You will never find me visiting said facility again. Finally got in, still can't remember the person name or her even cleaning her hands once. Waited over an hour in room to be seen. Woman said there was only 1 chart ahead of me!! Considering I had to go to the emergency room for a kidney stone, my experience here was very good…read more By the time I arrived at the ER, the worst of the stone passing (from my kidney to bladder) was over. They signed me in quickly, got me to a room and had me on an IV to rehydrate within an hour. Since I had a kidney stone before, I know what to expect and the medical staff was very pleasant and thorough. After the scan, they wrote up a couple scripts and I was on my way in less than 3 hours... and fully passed the stone a couple days later. They had everything processed through my insurance and have an to pay the deductible interest free through their app. The app was also great for receiving my test results before the doctor or nurse even made it back to the room to inform me. In the future, if I'm back in Winston Salem and need medical attention, I know I will be in good hands here.
