I was told $138 as I was a "new" patient. I went to that appointment in December, was charged $141. Ok... I did not get a printout of my visit as I was told they were having problems with the system. I joined their "health plan" for $49. Was charged twice. I had to cancel one at my bank. I returned in January, was charged the $51 the plan stated. I did not return for another appt due to having pneumonia. In February, I was sent a bill stating the $141 was not enough to cover my January visit (it took you 2 months! You had my chart in front of you when I paid for what I had done!), now you want another $85!! They then proceed to turn it in on my credit report as $100!! I will never return to this office.

I could hear children in the building and a different therapist walked in on me afterwards while I was dressing which was uncomfortable. I definitely could feel the residual ache 2 days after the deep tissue massage. I liked the hot stones that I didn't know was included.
