We had them do a pretty big project years ago. The price was good, but in the end we were not happy with the outcome, especially since they took about four times as long to get things done as promised. Years later, we are still coming across things they missed or did a shoddy job on...missed patches of paint on a wall, missing screws, a missing toilet paper holder, fading paint. I acquired quite a list of painters to interview, and reviews to read. I got down to two of what I thought were my best options, talked to one of those two about availability and he was booked a couple of months ahead. He indicated my other choice was a very good option. This other choice was Novielli Painting. If I had by chance called Novielli's first, I'm sure with his character, he would have put in a good word for my other final option. As it turned out, "the stars must have been aligned properly". Hired these guys to do some painting in my house. Not much but some areas needed to be done. All the baseboards, a couple of interior doors and the front door, inside and out. Also, a wall had a bad looking patch they repaired. and 2 walls painted. The 2 men that were sent did a fabulous job. Polite, clean and paid attention to details. Our Homeowners Association needed to get e quotes for painting all of our wrought iron, including the iron fencing around the pool area and 3 entrance/exit gates. Two of the paint companies were rated A+ and Novielli was one of the two. Both companies told us the prior company used a flat, regular paint not suited for metal! Novielli was low bidder and they were able to fit in the work over the past week. I can't say enough for the amazing work they did, using an expensive paint suited direct to metal. And the work was extensive, as they used grinders to rid scaling paint and rust, next using a primer, then 2 coats of the special paint. Can't heap enough praise on Jesse, the foreman for the job. Novielli insisted on a walk-through at end of work...this was done by a resident with extensive paint knowledge. He said it was a beautiful job, with not a drop anywhere except on the fence! As a subcontractor, Frank and his crew painted out guest bath, cabinets and crown molding and the work was perfect. This is a father and son duo and let me just start by saying they are AMAZING! My boyfriend and I just purchased our first home and thought we could easily re-paint the interior. Two days in and we realized there was no way we could have it done in time for move in. My boyfriend called Frank and Sam on a Friday evening (5/17) and by Saturday morning (5/18), they were at our house for an estimate. We showed them the progress we had made and everything left for them to do and also told them we needed it done in three days (we knew we were going out on a limb). They stepped outside for a few minutes to discuss and a couple of minutes later they came in with an official estimate. The price was fair and they said they could have it done by Wednesday (5/22) so we booked them on the spot! Today, is Wednesday, May 22, and sure enough, they are done and it looks fabulous!
