Therefore, I knew I needed a property management company to handle those unique set of challenges in my absence. I had researched many properties management companies online in the Fort Lauderdale area. I happened to come across Icon Realty Management and Brokerage. After reading the great reviews and my conversation with Ben and finally meeting him at the property. I decided to have them manage my property. Within 2 days of Icon Realty having the property in their listings, it was rented on day 2 (two). Ben, At Icon Realty has truly been professional and responsive thought the whole process. I highly recommend Ben from Icon Management for anyone looking for a Management and Brokerage firm. DM Celebration, FL

I believe that Icon Realty was involved in hacking my bank account. I leased an apartment in the heart of las olas/Fort Lauderdale from December 2016, from Atlantic loft llc. I agreed to pay a 2 month security deposit of $2400 as well as first, last and security (pretty standard) got my key, etcétera. After 2 different companies handling our property, ICON Realty came in January 2020 and revamped property by implementing a ***online payment service ***** aka , a way to get into your bank account. I questioned who this is and why I had to use this system to pay, not only to be replied with "It is our new system and you have to use it, you must pay rent this way or consult your attorney" As I went ahead and used it but decided to not renew my upcoming ending lease of 3/30/20. I emailed, texted and explain that I would not be renewing the lease because not only I don't trust the payment system, I had a very difficult time communicating with Benjamin (who by the way runs the whole thing). He ignored all my calls and the ones he replied, he did very rudely. I promptly moved out on schedule and handed him the keys along with my original lease agreement. He took the keys and said that He did not have a refund and I would need to wait 30 days to receive one on the mail. Now 30 days later. My bank account has been HACKED and bank investigated the multiple charges leading back to that January rent payment. I have been getting random withdrawals from different wiring entities totaling over 1k so far. Due to covid19, I can not yet file a claim in court. And the reason I am writing this is to WARN tenants and landlords about companies like this! I am attaching the refund check I just received. What a joke! See you in court.

His abilities and customer care far exceeded the prior property management companies that we had in Oak Grove, for the previous fifteen years. Jay handles everything quickly, professionally, and with good common sense. He is respectful and efficient, in all he does, and he is an excellent communicator. In the Homeowners Association Meetings, Jay respectfully waits for an appropriate opportunity to speak and then communicates pertinent information helping residents reach a sensible plan of action. If you are considering hiring a property manager, I avidly endorse Jay Jenkins, from Atlantis Management Company.

I sent pictures and informed them we no longer wanted the landscapers to cut our grass. Here we are in August and the landscapers keep showing up on to cut the lawn. I have to run out and stop them multiple times every time they show up. I have contacted the office via email and phone calls, specifically to Mr. Patrick Marotto, CEO, numerous times and this gentleman refuses to answer our phone calls. We had also asked for the landscapers to replace the damaged sod and we have gotten absolutely no response. I know the emails are being read, especially when they are sent to Ashley, but she doesn't have to courtesy to respond. I bet they'd be on the phone real quick if I missed my monthly payment!

From our initial meeting through closing, each Cohen teammate listened to our needs and seamlessly worked us through offers and the final contract. These folks are special. They understand the market, personally invest in the welfare of their clients and - frankly - make good decisions. I have already, and will continue to, refer these folks to anyone willing to listen. I live in Village Square Condos/management company is Landmark Management Services. I have to believe there is some legal recourse to this because what is happening CAN'T be legal. I am sitting in my townhouse and it's 91 right now. My a/c gave out on my early Sunday morning but I'd like to share a backstory: Back in May it ALSO died on me...early Saturday morning(of course it did). Office hours posted are Mon, Wed-Fri 9am to 4:30pm which I was aware of. I called the company I'd been using and they were going to attempt to get someone out that day but because the roof is locked and I was already aware of the gate situation and called the "emergency number"they have posted on the door downstairs. I explained the situation to Gladys, the office manager. She very firmly told me "you need to let us know ahead of time when you have someone coming by and the office is closed so it will have to wait until Monday when we're open" I pointed out that I didn't PLAN to have my a/c die or I would have let her know but since it was indeed dead I needed someone to get to the roof. Again, "we're not open until Monday". I then asked, a bit loudly at this point "I just called the EMERGENCY phone number and I need help getting to the roof" Very matter-of-factly she answered "but it's not MY emergency" Needless to say I lost it! At this point I threw in the towel and asked them to come first thing Monday morning and they did. The technician was great, pointed out some things that really should be done and what he could do to get my air on that day. Not being able to afford all recommendations, I rolled the dice....I was good until this past weekend, then lost. I never even bothered to ask the a/c company to come yesterday (Sunday 8/9) knowing what I was going to go through and just asked to please get me someone today. They gave me a timeslot of 2pm-6pm. I explained the situation to them about the office hours but I was also asking a HUGE last minute request and understood they can't just drop everything for me. I agreed and hoped they could get here by 4pm.. I dropped a note in the office mail last night to let them know I was expecting someone today and even mentioned that since they've been here 2x already since April they already have all the insurance information she insisted on the 1st 2x. I got a call this morning from Gladys telling me "I need the insurance info" "Gladys, I was standing next to you in April when you took it from him!" "I don't have it, you need to get it" "That sounds like a filing issue, not something on my end". She I gave her their phone number and I think she called them this morning to get it AGAIN. At 3:30 I checked with them and I was next on the list but no timeframe as to when he could get here. I called Gladys back around 3:50 to explain that my appt was between 2-6 and I can't make him get here any faster by when he does arrive, he will still need to get to the roof. "Well, if he's not here by 4:30 I can't help you" "Ok, Gladys, then someone needs to be able to get my/him up there. I've owned this place for 21 years, I pay my maintenance and 2 assessments on time every month, you can't tell me I can't get access, I am dying in this house right now" She then gives me the number for the main office. "So if he gets here after you're gone, they can get someone here?" "I can't promise that". So I'm being told that I can't get access to MY air conditioner, in August, when the heat index is like 110 degrees (I just looked) and it's 91 in my house because it's time for her to go home?! Oh, and no one is in the office tomorrow so I'll have to wait until WEDNESDAY, waste this man's time coming and hope I don't die in here in the meantime? I am almost certain there has to be reasonable access for emergency repairs - but GLADYS feels it's not HER emergency! I can't take this anymore!
