Some technicians are good, but we had guys who would show up in wife beaters and even skip out on appointments. One even fell through a ceiling. Call center and most reps will hide or downplay price increases in the 2nd year of the contract and once you've been activated NOW is out of the picture and DirecTV is then in charge of any of their mistakes.
