This place is really awesome! I felt really welcomed from the day I called to make an appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and helped with directions, when I got lost. She was very patient with me, and I'm really grateful for that. She informed me of the process, before Amanda came in to do my ultrasound. Amanda was very warm and welcoming. She understood that is my first pregnancy and answered all my questions. She genuinely loves her job and it's refreshing to have service where the provider actually makes you feel like you matter and not just another number. Absolutely wonderful! The staff and environment are friendly and welcoming. Amanda was our sonographer and she was fantastic. We were definitely made to feel like our appointment mattered and we were valued. Amanda took her time to get us the best images she could and everything was explained to us throughout the duration of our appointment so we weren't left with questions. 10/10 would recommend! This was my first time doing this. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful in a non annoying way. Wish that was the case for the ultrasound tech who I also believe is the owner. Way too over the top with fake excitement. It made it very awkward. Talking a lot less would have really made this experience more positive. Definitely at least sticking to just talking about what she was doing. Could have done without a lot of the side comments that I'm sure get dropped on everyone. The images were mostly fine, I got many duplicates and even triplicates that I don't know why they sent. Some of the images shouldn't have been included at all because they just didn't come out right. I understand not all images can be winners but some of what I got back made me worry about my baby. The tech also tried telling me I'm measuring ahead when that is not what anyone at the hospital has said. Maybe leave the medical input to them. It was all mostly alright, I guess just not really my cup of tea but I got out of it what I needed to. Too gimmicky with all the stuff they had in their little boutique area too but that's to be expected of these places. read more

I came here with my husband and my daughter to see my son as my present for Mother's Day. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. They do require an authorization from your OB so ask your doctor before you go to the appointment. The ultrasound room is spacious, the tech was so nice and patient with my stubborn little baby. We still got great shots of his face. I am so happy we came here. read more

Came here today to find out the gender of my baby and honestly it was a wonderful experience!! I'd recommend this place definitely! I got the package that's for the gender and it was a good price and I got 15 min of seeing my beautiful princess. The ultrasound technician was the manager and she was very nice. She talked me through everything I was seeing and was just so sweet. The room is relaxing also! I'm definitely coming for my 4D at 23 weeks read more

Update: I will say that the manager seems very sweet and professional. Machine is working but not producing "quality images" so appointments are pushed even further back. I am grateful that they are not willing to take people's money knowing they can do better. Hoping we can get in Monday now and that the frustration will be worth it. Frustrating to say the least! Had an appoint scheduled for Friday. On Wed. I got an email saying the machine was not working and they would call me to reschedule Friday's appointment by Thursday as well as update by email. Thursday, no phone call. Called them, was told it was still not working but they should be able to reschedule for Sunday at 2 and that I would receive a call by 8 pm updating me. Again, no phone call. Called them Saturday. Told it was working and they would be calling me after 1 to schedule "hopefully for Sunday". It's nearly 5 pm now, no phone call or update (big surprise). Called them again, no answer. Have no idea if they are actually going to honor the "possibly Sunday" appointment. Unprofessional to say the least. If I ran a buisness and something I had to reschedule clients I'd be bending over backwards to make sure I kept them updated and kept their buisness. Next time will be making the drive to Round Rock. read more

I wanted to get an appointment this weekend, but the lady told me they had openings the same day! I was happy that I could get an appointment so quick. Both the receptionist and ultrasound technician were very professional and wonderful! The room was very nicely set up and you got a goodie bag at the end which was very unexpected. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they were very accommodating. The tech was friendly and worked to make sure we got pictures of our baby's face (even though his feet and hands were in front of his face). The ultrasound room looks like a mini theater with TVs on 3 of the walls. It was definitely a lot nicer than I expected and I didn't have to drive to Austin! read more

This place is so worth it. I've been there twice and loved it. I came here cause Darnell takes forever with the gender and I wanted to know. Amanda is so nice she takes her time to explain everything and doesn't rush the process. Darnell is ok but they don't really let you see the baby. I went again for a 3D ultrasound and I loved it she took her time. And my baby was being a little stubborn and had his hands in his face and she took her time and tried getting to put his hands down. But I'd go here again. They're very clean and the room amazing they have TVs all over the wall. read more

i hosted my friend's baby shower here and it was amazing. we all got to see the new baby and she got to take a video and pics home with her as a gift. there were about 12 of us in the viewing room and then we had snacks and opened presents in the lobby area. it was a perfect baby shower! read more

This was the best ultrasound experience I have ever had. Amanda is so sweet and very informative. Prices are reasonable and worth every penny. I enjoyed the gender package so much, I plan on going back for TWO 3D/4D ultrasounds. Amanda explained to us that she wanted to confirm gender in two views to be sure. She took her time so we could make sure and get two views. (Gender was also confirmed a couple weeks later at my primary care provider, so she was accurate). The room where the ultrasound takes place is large and cozy. There's a large sectional couch, a big screen, a smaller screen, and a "dads chair". It was just my husband and I, but we definitely could have allowed family to come along and they would have been quite confortable. Also, Now Showing does not have you drink 32 ounces of fluid prior to the ultrasound (and pictures still turned out fantastic). So it was a confortable experience, I wasn't squirming to go pee. This place is great. I recommend Now Showing to everyone! read more

the staff was super helpful and very polite. I booked my ultrasound kind of late in my pregnancy plus the only time I had to get this done was on the weekend since I was still working during the weekday. The staff squeezed me in on a weekend after their office hours and did a 3D ultrasound for our family. The sonographer was professional the entire time, and took her time with our scan. The atmosphere was relaxing. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a great experience. read more
