Then I go out to car that was parked right out front and drank a monster and came back in 10 minutes later ready to go. Sign in at the kiosk, sit down, go to the desk when your name is called. I had prepaid, so I handed Michele my paperwork. The phlebotomists moved quickly. When I was called, Michele, a woman of many talents, turned out to be a phlebotomist, too. I'm used to getting finger sticks for INR, but a venipuncture was required. I DIDN'T EVEN FEEL THE NEEDLE GO INTO MY VEIN, which Michele found on the first try! Usually, I'm like a pin cushion when others have drawn blood from me. SHE IS GREAT!
