When I was in Friday they were in the process of switching over to fall attire. Lots of gorgeous blouses and dresses in fall colors, florals and jewel colors with sunglasses, jewelry, booties, hats, scraves and sweaters to accessorize that new outfit. I received a warm greeting as I entered the spacious shop. Since it was my first visit the young lady explained where each size group was located from small to plus sizes, and where to find different accessories. I always enjoy a store that I can go directly to my size and not waste time. Each area was organized well and easy to shop. Love the barn door dressing rooms too. A great spot where you can build a stylist outfit head-to-toe quickly or grab a few items to update an existing piece. I look forward to returning soon to browse the new items.

I liked the layout of the store and the items available, which ranged from clothes to jewelry to greeting cards and much more. Everyone at this Torrid location were extremely friendly and helpful, helping me find what I was looking for and answering all my questions. Torrid is closest to entrance #C for those who may not want to walk through the entire mall, and right outside is an eyebrow thread shop and an Antie Ann's pretzel place. A minute later the man shouts at me again from across the store, this time I see him and he chastises me first by saying when I first said hello i was trying to tell you the price like I'm some kind of child of his needing to teach me how to be polite. Sorry, you can greet customers all you want, but that doesn't mean they have to greet you back and then when you mention it when all they want to do is shop in peace, it just creates an adversarial situation. So, no, I won't be back. Also, the two workers were loudly talking about how overworked and underpaid they were. They didn't even care if they were overheard! Very unprofessional and gospel music and talking about god on the radio, no thanks.
