Will not be returning. This was my first time with U-Haul. As a first time customer I did what they…read moresaid and took images of the truck as well as the odometer. I forgot however to submit these images to the link via text and was charged an additional $20 after adding gas to the tank. I called and spoke with the manager who told me I was a HAIRLINE under 3/4 of a tank. In his words I should have submitted the images which I did not and it's out of his control now. I tried to explain and asked for further clarification and he was short with me and told me he had to work with other customers. I went into speak in person which I had requested and he never showed. instead the woman at the front was very kind and helped walk me through to understand. Avoiding a customer when they have a complaint Is just cowardly and unprofessional. Shame on you. You should not be in the position that you're in if you cannot have difficult conversations.

The not pleasant woman said no nope don't have anything like that. You have to go on line. She was quick , short acted like I was putting her out. There wasn't another customer in the place. I found the dividers and boxes I asked for 10 feet from her. beware other customers they are not knowledgeable about what they sell in their store. Its a shame U-haul pays employees like her to do a good job and she wastes there money and looses customers. The gentlemen working with her wasn't much better. I've never given a review before for any company but that was just too much.
