When I went to the front office and knocked, the young guy just said "this is an exit only door" ...but he did at least tell me where my unit was. Most storage places are nice enough to show you or at least tell you where your unit is. Not this guy. The second time I went there with movers, nearly a month later. The keypad was even MORE broken, when I buzzed for assistance and asked them to open the door, the same guy popped his head out of door and said "yeah I just sticks." No further help. Eventually I got in with another persons passcode since it didn't require any of the "sticky" buttons. The employee was rude rude rude and they still haven't fixed the keypad. I'm moving out at the end of July to Extra Space storage. They're cleaner, and nicer. There are better options than Devon.
