Terrible. had them come to my house to give an estimate. They never sent one, never followed up and never responded. wasted my time. But the biggest scam the "inspector" that came out revealed is that they actually do not do their tenting process, they part it out to a sub contractor. "who would want to keep all those tents and equipment... too expensive to do that!" Nope just really frustrating when you're going through this to have what is supposed to be a top company act so irresponsibly. glad I didn't use them! read more

well I am a new now cancelled customer and I am going to tell you why contract started with a veteran service person because i am a 100% disabled veteran I don't let many people in my house without meeting them first . this was explained to them at the start.so when I was reassigned I wanted to meet this person .. never came to meet probably was never told as I am finding out more and more . So i was away for a few weeks and then surgery and i gota text saying Christina was coming while we were out of town .I promptly said no and told to reschedule . come home to a note in my door saying she was on the property without my permission. Now some will say doing her job but we had informed them that we would not be here and i do not allow this . so that's second issue . i get a bill today that says I am behind on my payments ... so i call and was asked the issue i said why am i behind she said you didn't pay .. I said i am on auto draft well then there is an issue with your bank i said no you are not doing your job and amazingly they were processed so the issue with the bank was BS and the text to get rescheduled was BS and me wanting to know who comes to my house was total BS according to them I guess we as consumers have no say so any more so I hope you do not use them if you do check everything bank accounts auto draft because if you don't then u may be in collections and never know it If I had not caught this no telling where I would be . don't let anyone come to your house that you have not vetted by you because they some how thing trespassing laws don't apply of they meaning the office do not inform their workers of homeowners request I am still looking into my rights on this matter read more

Danny T has been my exterminator for two years and is FABULOUS! Two days ago I called him because I had these strange bugs in my bedroom. Danny came over that afternoon and sprayed my whole place, and took some samples back to the lab. Today he texted me what they were and where I should look. I found the nest full of eggs in TWO minutes because of the precise information he gave me. Unfortunately, they can't just be fumigated out, but he told me exactly how to get rid of them and make sure they don't come back. I would give him 10 stars if I could! read more

Sylvia has been my pest control technician for years. Any problem she fixes. She feels more like part of the family than a hired hand. In the past we had fleas, they sent out a 2-man team for a 2-day treatment and got them in one attempt. We bought a house and it was infested with roaches. I have used Nozzle Nolen for a long time, and they are great. I have a private home, and there are two different people who take care of the pest control - one for the outside and one for the house. The technicians who come to take care of the pest control are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. When I had a sudden influx of bees looking to start a new hive, one call to Nozzle Nolen, and within a few hours there was someone here to persuade the bees to go somewhere else. Nozzle Nolan purchased a small company I had used for years. I went from great service to I am lucky if I get serviced at all. They make appointments then don't show. I tell then I want them to come every other month and I have to call to say it's 3 months later and no service scheduled. Then they confirm I am to be scheduled 2x month snd I have to tell her it's now 3 month. I have to call repeatedly each time I have a SCHEDULED appt to find out they will come another day and given lame excuses. The last straw was yesterday when I not only called 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appt to confirm and was told the tech was running late but would be to my house he never showed and no phone call why he didn't. My understanding is this was a supervisor who was coming as well. I guess they don't want my money and it's time to find a co that does. read more

If i could give them a 0 I would. They cancelled my appointment 3 times and I had to reach out to them to find out they weren't keeping the appointment or I would have been waiting all day. Ricardo who originally scheduled my appointment should be trained better in customer service and initiate the call to the customer about a schedule change instead of the customer having to call him only to find out no one is coming keep the appointment. At 11:44am, I received a call from the person who was scheduled to do the inspection indicating that he needed to cancel my appointment because he was sick. Called the Customer Service number last week to order pest control services to be conducted monthly along with termite issues. Spoke with a very rude lady named Michelle. She was loud, abrupt, and when I told her that I needed pest control to come weekly until the issue was resolved, she blatantly told me "it's not funna happen" FUNNA? What does "funna" mean?? Then I asked her why I couldn't have Services once a week until the issue is resolved and then resumed monthly Pest Control appointments for inside and Outdoors? She told me it just does not happen that way and she doesn't know what to tell me and she hung up on me. What kind of people do they have working in this establishment? I've never dealt with a more low class, uninformed customer service representative. I called Truly Nolen and they couldn't be nicer and very informative about their services. They came to my house the very next day. I could not be happier. Nozzle Nolen needs to get there customer service staff together and teach them how to speak to people. So glad I saw what Nozzle Nolen was about before I paid for their services...... BEWARE!!! Update to Michelle's comment; If your company was that conscientious and did such vigorous training, then this person who took my call, never would have been able to speak on the phone with real customers to begin with. Her whole demeanor screams uneducated and ill-informed. If your manager was any kind of manager, they would not allow someone to speak to customers that has such Limited knowledge of proper English and etiquette when dealing in customer service..... a little too late to fix at this point..... and she says that she reached out to me? I had this service for over 25 years. They would pull up and spray the perimeter of the house and then put granules down this way always worked. Then they tryed to separate the two services and charge me double. If they would go back to the original way of doing it I would of kept the service.
