Nolan used to have a good reputation, but what we have dealt with since moving in has been nothing short of a nightmare. We purchased traps in which they charged us over 1,100 dollars for. Traps were never serviced and had termite activity multiple times, as I had to purchase the special opener to view the traps myself because every time i called I was redirected and never provided any service. Every time you call they will tell you, "that they are new and only working here a month". I even specifically called multiple weeks prior stating I am installing my own traps, and they assured me that they would not be back to collect any previous traps. Then i randomly get a call stating they are coming to pick up the traps I payed 1,100 for and they never serviced, and failed to provide any solution on what I paid 1,100 dollars for. I was also not offered any type of resolution or refund for any of the promised services . We are a first responder/nurse family. Sad to see this is how we are treated. Please steer clear of Nozzle Nolan they are the new terminex. They would be 0 stars if I had an option. read more

First of all, they came all the way to my place in hollywood! I thought they'd be expensive because of being green and boca based, but they were actually about the same price as the competition! The customer service is great; the receptionist is super friendly. Jason showed up EARLY which was shocking down here in south Florida. He was as nice as the lady on the phone. Bonus! I know they really do use a different chemical for two reasons: 1- you can go in the house as soon as it dries, don't have to wait hours & 2- my house has been sprayed twice in two weeks (we have a tick infestation) and my dog isn't puking. I'm very disappointed with this company. I used them once before their merger and they treated my problems. They charge $150 for the initial visit and then $95 for every visit afterwards. VERY HIGH for what they do. I was surprised that he didn't spray. They put down some baits and it did seem to work. I called again three months later and initially the woman could not find my account and she said it was $150 for the first visit when I explained to her that I had someone here a few months ago she did find my account,. But for some reason she still wanted me to pay $150 it was only after I complained then she lowered it to 95. But after the service man came out And put out the ant baits Two weeks later the ants are back. I'm convinced that what they put down were borax ant traps which is basically Terro traps which you could buy in any Home Depot or on Amazon. I will not be using them again it's just not worth it and they do not do a comprehensive job, or charge a reasonable price. I do realize that if I would've called them they probably would've offered to send somebody out again but it inconveniences me to stay home and wait for somebody to come out because they didn't do the job correctly the first time. read more

Wife wanted to use an environment friendly company as we had some termites in the house. I had another estimate that was half of there's but wanted to try and be EF. They use an orange type of product that is supposed to work? We shall see but was told that you didn't have to do anything inside as it was Safe to breathe! After the treatment a couple of hours I could not stand the overwhelming smell of Orange and decided to spend the night at a hotel. Upon returning the next evening after work it was worse. I opened all the windows, fans on max except the one in my living room that the light nor fan turned on?and still couldn't breathe without tasting oranges. My bedding, towels, clothes , and everything that was left out was permeated with the stench of orange. After washing everything throwing out my bathroom toiletries replacement of the air filter I slept with a clean towel over my face to filter out the smell as best that I could no sleep was possible with the smell. I was not feeling well by the 3rd day I had a fever and trouble breathing so off to the walk in clinic I go $80 and a script for steroids due to lungs inflammation. Having called to get the fan fixed that the technician inadvertently pulled the wire out he came to check then proceeds to text me photos of my wires in the attic that are fire hazards? Not fixing the simple rewire (125$ electrican bill) instead. Do not understand if I have a fire hazard then why treat the attic?? Just wanted to make his money and not stand behind a simple mistake. 2 weeks later smell gone not sure about the termites but a local company that doesn't even stand behind a technician error is not one that I recommend . read more

I had an issue with drywood termites that I discovered in the base of one of my kitchen cabinets (that were about 5 years old). I got estimates and opinions from a couple of companies and everyone wanted to treat my whole house (for more than $2,000 for a "tent-free" treatment) despite the fact that there was absolutely no evidence that this problem extended beyond the one spot. It just didn't make sense to me. I called Enviro-Safe and Jordan came to assess the problem. He recommended treating the one base of the cabinet and the area around it. That made TOTAL sense to me. He was wonderful to deal with, informative, totally nice and totally professional -- and it is guaranteed for a year. He completed the treatment quickly and with little disruption to my house ... and my cat. :) If you have a similar problem, I strongly recommend that you call this company. I initially contacted this company because of the reviews, however, I have not had a 5 star experience! I scheduled a termite inspection and they promised the report by 5:00 of the same day, didn't receive it. Had a 3 inch section of wood rot from standing water and they did not give a clear report stating wood destroying organisms.. caused a great problem for me. I fixed the 3 inch section, they charged me $45 for a reinspection promising the report again that day, didn't receive it. Called the company the next day and they then sent the report, which still showed an incorrect report. Finally received the correct, clear report after a few phone calls. The kid that came out to do the first inspection apologized stating that he had made an error and the company would not change it. Also, the young girl who answered the phone was rude and obnoxious. Basically, no one does their job correct anymore and the customer suffers. Would not recommend this company. read more
