To start, I'd like to explain why I decided to go with LincolnLux in the first place. Since it was…read morea family wedding we wanted to do something special for our kids and my siblings and thought getting a limo for the occasion would be exciting and fun. Because it was a wedding and the end time can be unpredictable, we wanted a separate pick-up time and drop off time. After talking to Abraham, LincolnLux seem to be the perfect solution. Abraham was extremely polite and helpful and assured me that because we were doing separate transfers, a flexible pick-up time would not be a problem as long as I gave an hour notice to the driver so he could plan. Little did I know this was only a way to secure our business and get our money. The wedding day arrived and the driver was 15 minutes early, which was fine, however - he informed me he's never driven the black limo so he wasn't sure how to adjust the air. Great start considering it was 90 degrees outside. While in the limo we noticed it was kind of falling apart, with the stuck on lights hanging off the sides of the car and the radio barely working. Not a big deal, but they shouldn't advertise that their cars are top notch. We were dropped off at the event and as I said before about weddings being unpredictable - this one was. It got started 45 minutes late and we quickly learned the bride and groom would not be sent off until 9pm instead of 8pm (as originally thought.) Since it was around 6pm we thought we would give the driver plenty of time to adjust our pick up time to 9pm and we would be fine. I called the driver and it went to voicemail both times. He called me back and said his phone died and he had to go buy a new charger. He then told me I'd have to call his manager and see if it was ok to adjust the time. I called Abraham, thinking it wouldn't be an issue since we had already discussed this exact scenario and that was the reason we went with a separate transfer in the first place. I was greatly disappointed to learn that to change the time it would cost us an ADDITIONAL $75! My husband then called and asked if we could at least push the time back to 8:30pm? The reply was no better. Abraham not only insulted my husband for having the gall to "call him at home," but said he now needed to ask the driver if the new time was ok. After another round of awful communication, Abraham called back and said "sorry 8pm was the latest!" So that was that. Thanks to your company and your deceitful communication, we had to rush out of the reception right in the middle of a speech and missed my little sister and her new husband cutting the cake and being sent off. It was embarrassing and frustrating, especially since I was the one to find your company. So needless to say, our overall experience with your company was very poor and my only hope is that the review I'm writing helps warns future customers to steer clear of LincolnLux for the "special" events in their lives!

This was a family trip so I used this service for transportation to the airport. They were quite friendly and very helpful with all my questions prior to booking. I received notification from the company a few days prior to our departure and then the morning of our departure I received a text message from our driver David introducing himself and letting me know when he would be arriving. David got to my house a little early which was totally fine, since that gave us time to take some pictures. After leaving my house my daughter kindly reminded me that I totally forgot some medication and had to turn around, David was quite pleasant about my error and told us not to worry we had plenty of time. We manage to pick up the necessary forgotten items and were back on the road in no time. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time to check our bags curbside, make it through security and even stopped for a bite to eat prior to boarding.
