They do not accept credit cards as stated above. I love the quartz I chose and the fabrication. However the backsplash is uneven, and a sink needed to be resealed. There was also some areas on my mirror that were messed up. read more

poor customer service design was not as requested was suppose to get 25% discount to stay with wrong design when I got the invoice for the balance they said they never agreed to that. make sure you get everything in writing if you want to take a chance with them but I would advise you too. read more

Don't stand behind poor craftsmanship and install. Our cabinet company uses NSS for countertop installs so I didn't have a choice. First and last experience with them for us. During my initial call to set up a template measure, they couldn't find our order. After sorting that out, they came to measure and insisted the bathroom quartz would need to be cut down the centre as the whole piece would not fit into our elevator. Not true. Someone was too lazy to measure carefully and prevent an ugly seam down the middle of our countertop. I called to speak to Rich about the seam and since his employee said it was needed, my word didn't matter. I invited him to come to our building and measure the space in our elevator himself. Very unprofessional. I also sent photos of cuts/marks in the quartz around the kitchen sink and Rich didn't bother to respond after rudely asking for proof with photos. I will never recommend this business and will encourage other owners look elsewhere. read more

The work done was great and the product is beautiful. However, it took one week to schedule a template measurement and it's like they forgot my order. After reaching out to the customer service representative twice in 15 days after the measurements were done the product was still not available. We waited 12 days after the representative said it's about a 2-3 week process, we called the main office for help. The next day the installation was scheduled. So if you can be without a kitchen for an additional 6 weeks after the cabinet job is complete then it's fine. read more

Used NSS a couple of years ago...I was very pleased. Referred a family member to NSS...went into showroom in June...front desk people leave a lot to be desired. Young women helped my family member pick out her quartz. No warn and fuzzy here!!!! Meanwhile, older women at the front desk was extremely rude when I asked her about my previous salesperson. Mumbled under her breath that "he has not been here for years" I felt a little embarrassed, as I did recommend NSS to my family member....as another customer entered the show room and dealt with the older woman...she seemed to have no patience with him, and looked at me and rolled her eyes. Might want to consider changing the up front employees to those who are a bit more personable. read more

Even their main office was unable to have another rep come out the same day as agreed. they are the company that installs for Lowe's so if you are in the market for countertops look anywhere except here or Lowe's. read more

This place has real craftsman working for them and excellent customer service. I really did my research when picking out my bathroom vanity counter top. I wanted special customized countertops. I got double thickness countertops. Put together so well you can't see the seam! Just what I wanted. I also did the waterfall on the side and that looks gorgeous! I am so glad we decided on the waterfall! I also had to have a seam in the middle because of the size and it did not end up in the middle of the sink. I can assure you this looks fine too!! I am so happy with the results and I am glad I took so long and did my research before just hiring anyone. They are so knowledgeable and really did a great job answering my questions and working with me to fit all of my work into one slab! Prices are competitive and around the same price as everywhere else- but you know what you are getting from here-- GREAT WORK! I will definitely go back to them in the future and highly recommend them for all your specialty or regular countertop needs. My only complaint is that they did not mention that it was going to smell so bad after the install! It went away in a day with the fans on but the smell from the glue or whatever they used was horrible! Nothing to take away the 5 star rating I gave though read more

My husband, Ken and I were interested in purchasing some new counter tops for our kitchen and bathrooms. We were referred to Natural Stone Solutions by our neighbors who had purchased some granite counter tops from NSS. They gave us the address and we went to the showroom and met the most wonderful lady named Sheryl. We told her what we were looking for and she spent a lot of time showing us different pieces of marble and granite. She showed us regular price slabs and those that were also on special price. The first time we went I was overwhelmed by all the pieces that were available. Every piece was beautiful in its own right. It was a very hard choice with so many colors and patterns. We left and went home to think about all of the choices that Sheryl had shown us. The following week we returned and Sheryl greeted us by name and said she was so glad to see us. We decided on a piece of granite and she set up a time for them to come and measure our areas. They showed up as planned and on time. Later that day Cheryl sent us a quote via email. The process was so easy and pleasant. Our piece of granite had a darker area on it and I wanted that part to be my island top. Sheryl over saw the layout process so that the lighter part was made into my counter tops and the darker part was on my island top. We were so happy with all the professionalism shown to us. It took me a long time to find a piece of granite which worked for me. I checked out a lot of installers in the process. The NSS team was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, suggested several granite yards and explained both their pricing policy and the cutting process (all of which helped me to choose my slab). I ended up with a slab which barely fit the kitchen counter dimensions (no room for mistakes!), but they made it work and it looks gorgeous with a custom ogee edge. The installation crew was also friendly, courteous and efficient. read more

NSS Millworks staff was great in helping me get new quartz countertops for my bathrooms. When one of the newly installed vanities and countertop had to be removed to fix a plumbing problem discovered behind the wall, they were right there to do what needed to be done . beware!! beware!!! beware!!!! this company is scary scary scary to do business with !!! if everything goes perfect then maybe you will be ok, but if something doesn't go right then they are absolutely unwilling to correct it or even discuss it with you. i have drawings that i approved and they didn't install the tops as per the drawings. when i brought this issue up to anna she told me that i needed to pay the final payment or they would put a lien on my property....strong arm tactics !!! i asked to have someone else call me like the owner and never heard from him. also tried to talk to linda the sales support administrator and she refused to discuss with me also. i shortly got a lien placed on my property. i decided it wasn't worth the fight so i paid the bill in full and will never do business with them again.....do so at your own risk !!!!!!! read more

We contracted Natural Stone Solutions for new granite countertops for both bathrooms. They came out, measured, and took our 2 basins to get a perfect fit for the countertops. After waiting for 2 months for them to complete the work, they informed us that one of the 2 basins was lost; they claimed they never received it from us. After refusing to pay a second time for the basis, they threatened a tax lien on our property. We eventually paid for the basin a second time in order to keep our perfect credit rating, but for those of you contemplating this business for your remodeling needs, please think again.
