NST was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. We hired 2 videographers and 1 editor - all exceptionally professional and creative. We had a Same Day edit included in our package and were extremely impressed with the quality of video they were able produce in just a few hours. We had the Same Day edit played on a loop on a food truck outside of our wedding and our guests were just floored with how it turned out and delighted to have the chance to relieve the day with us after a long night of drinks and dancing! NST Pictures was such a wonderful company to work with from our first email to our final video. Jennifer was so helpful over the phone and through our many, many emails. The entire team is so talented! We loved our videographers Caleb and Aaron who captured the moments perfectly. I had a very specific vision for our wedding video (dynamic videos with movement timed to the music with lots of footage of our guests) and what I liked the most about NST compared to other videographers we considered was their willingness to listen to my ideas and make them happen! Honestly videography wasn't high on the totem pole for my wedding because I didn't want spend an arm and a leg but I am so happy I booked NST's cinematographers. I don't like traditional videography. I love that NST's videos are edited to tell a story. NST has packages for all budgets. We ordered a trailer film and received it six weeks after the wedding. We absolutely love it. Our cinematographer called me the week of the wedding to go over all the logistics. He arrived on time and was very friendly and unobtrusive. He got all of the shots I wanted (except a shot of the outside of the venue whoops). I did request edits to the first video I received and received a new video the next day. I can't say enough great things about NST. People love the video and so do I. read more

I was extremely hesitant to book a national company like NST Pictures for my wedding videography, as all of my other vendors were local. Their pricing was the best around and they seemed to have quality videos. It seemed too good to be true, and I should have followed my instincts. NST is the only wedding vendor I now regret booking for my Camarillo, California wedding last September. The 2 stars on my review are for editing. At every step of the way, NST lacked customer service. Most significantly, our videographer arrived late on our wedding day. We paid for an extra hour of video coverage beginning at 3:00 p.m. prior to our wedding line-up at 4:00 p.m. Our videographer drove up to us at 3:35. He missed our first look, all of our bridal party photos, and all moments before the ceremony because he was scrambling to set up equipment. These moments would have been covered if he had arrived on time. We had provided phone numbers for our wedding coordinator, photographers, and bride and groom if he had any issue on the day of the wedding. He made no calls to say he was lost or running late, despite our emails and a phone meeting going over our timeline. When I asked that NST refund us for the extra hour of coverage due to the late arrival, I received immediate push back. They said that my videographer checked in with them and they insisted he was "actually early" to the venue and was "misdirected by the venue staff." We were married on a small ranch with one main road and our entire bridal party, photographers, and wedding coordinator personally witnessed our videographer drive onto the property late. I didn't appreciate being told by NST that I was incorrect in my experience with their outsourced vendor. As I told NST on the phone, it's a matter of principle. We were charged by the hour and did not get the services we paid for. I was told that my photographer was a professional and this was simply "unavoidable in the chaos of the day." (In reviewing our raw footage, the only pre-ceremony footage our videographer recorded was a shot of our venue's sign.) After speaking at length on the phone for more than 20 minutes, I was finally offered a free 10 minute feature film upgrade only after telling them that all details of my experience would go into my review. NST also promised to expedite my film due to the inconvenience. At no point have any of my materials been expedited. When I went through our first complimentary edit of the film, I was told our edits would be completed in "about 4 weeks" - we received it in 8 weeks after following up. Much of our raw footage is out of focus and jerky and nearly all of our evening reception is extremely grainy. I am incredibly thankful to the NST editor who worked on our film, as they had very little to work with and are the only reason we have a decent wedding video. If I could give an individual editor's review, they'd get a 5. I waited to post this review until having all of my materials and complete raw footage in hand. I was married September 9, 2017 and have just received the raw footage of my wedding day today, February 5, 2018. My number one recommendation to friends planning weddings is to always go for local vendors with a knowledge of your venue and have a personal meeting face to face before booking. I do not recommend NST Pictures to anyone wedding planning. read more

From start to finish, my husband and I had a seemless process with NST. They made everything extremely easy for us and provided us with options. I highly recommend them for any wedding, even if you only can afford the minimum package, do it. You are given the option to order more options for up to a year. We are so happy with our experience with NST Pictures! They came highly recommended by our photographer who had worked with them at other weddings. Everything was very organized and all details were discussed ahead of the wedding, and everyone at NST is super responsive to questions. I had been a little nervous about having a videographer because I always feel so awkward in front of a video camera, but I hardly noticed Brandon was there! When I got my video back, the NST team happily made the few tweaks I requested. My husband and I had such a nice time watching the video of our ceremony, the speeches, and the dances. If I could put 0 stars I would. Stay away from money hungry business such as NST. They don't care about clients. We requested an additional shoot, put a deposit down early and they told us if we cancelled before 24 hours then it was refundable. They never gave the money back and charged us additional for our wedding DVD's which were very dissapointing. Terrible quality and was in a recyclable paper slip with no hard cover. We lost $244 for the DVD'S and $200 for what they said a refundable deposit if we gave them 24 hours notice. Also in our wedding documentary you can hear the camera moving around. I couldn't believe it !! The NST team was perfect and so professional, from their marketing teams (Jennifer) we met online to our duo of photographer (Lucas) and videographer (Carlton), they completely understood what we wanted : candid looks, NY street portraits, A LOT of pictures of our family and friends with multiple group combinations. They were really accommodating to capture every importants : wedding ceremony, traditional ceremony, cocktail hour, speeches during dinner and a surprise hip-hop dance show. We are huge fans of videography and the result of our trailer movie just wowed all our friends and family, their work is just amazing ! We cannot wait to receive all the pictures. Very delayed review as NST filmed our wedding September 29th, 2018 at The Foundry. We could not have been happier with the whole experience! Christina was so helpful answering all of my many emails regarding timing, logistics, which package to choose, and adding an additional hour. Our videographers captured every moment beautifully, while really being in the background. Being the bride, the last thing I wanted to worry about was instructing any of the vendors. The smallest details were so lovely - we received a sweet thank you postcard with a wonderful photo, and even the thumb drive with our footage has a nice leather cover and came tied with a ribbon to a beautifully printed instruction card. I had another friend married around the same time as us express her frustration with her videographer and the editing and was thankful our experience was such smooth sailing. I would wholeheartedly recommend NST to anyone! read more

NST Pictures is amazing! I was a wedding planner turned bride in 2016 and there was no need to shop for a videographer because I knew I was going to hire the best = NST! As a planner I have worked with many videographers from their team and can say that they are always on time, professional and manage their time well to ensure they get every shot! I couldn't have asked for anyone better than Daniella and Aaron for my wedding day. Experiencing how things are on the other side is quite different and I hardly noticed they were even there, they never bother you to re-do things or to pose a certain way, they capture you in the moment and that's why their videos are so perfect! My husband and I cannot recommend NST enough! When we first got engaged, hiring a videographer was the one thing during our wedding planning process we weren't even sure if we wanted. We were trying to stay under a certain budget, and as everyone knows, weddings can get expensive and a videographer was the last thing on our list of vendors to hire. However, we fell in love with NST's trailer videos and figured we would reach out to them for more info. From the moment we did, they were friendly, knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Farrah was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to all emails, and helped us work with our budget. We were hooked. On the day of our wedding, we each had a videographer come to where we were getting ready. I was at my parents' house getting ready with my bridesmaids, and the videographer, Mike, came about an hour and half before we left for the ceremony to get the "getting ready" shots. He was amazing! Super professional, respectful, kind, and despite being in a stranger's home with a bunch of women trying to get ready for the big day, he was flexible, quiet, and fit right in. He even chatted with my two young flower girls and got the cutest shot of them toasting! When our trailer arrived, we were floored. It is absolutely perfect, and more than anything we could have imagined. So many of our family and friends have come to us in absolute awe of our video. Looking back now, we are so grateful we decided to go with a videographer, and use NST. For me as the bride, I love that I can see the bridal party walk down the aisle before me, their dances out into the reception, my now husband getting ready: all those moments that I didn't get to see on the day of the of the wedding. If you're second guessing if you should get a videographer or not, like we did, dont! Go with it, and go with NST so you'll have those memories that will last forever. read more
