The facial didn't include blackhead extractions, which I didn't know until afterward. The products they use are really greasy, and my skin broke out in tiny pimples the day after. I don't have sensitive skin. I've had facials before at other places, and this is the only one that didn't include blackhead extraction. I wasn't a fan, but it may be great for some people. They did not accept the Yelp coupon on their page.
