He needed me to come with him today to his appointment just in case I'd have to drive him home. Here's the thing, I'm on crutches. I needed to use the restroom so bad so I called and explained the situation and that I couldn't make it to the second floor bathroom, and this wonderful woman came and helped me through all of the doors going in and coming out. I didn't catch her name, but she was so kind and helpful. She had dark hair that was past her shoulders, blue eyes, and such a warm smile. I appreciate these people more than anything, it's a lot harder to navigate a world on crutches, and even harder in the snow!

Her knowledge of skin care and maintenance is top notch. She detailed what the process would be prior to my service and she was a consummate professional. She encouraged me, with no pressure, to maintain a route and schedule with my facials. Their office is serene and well kept. You have an immediate relaxing feeling upon entry.
