I was quite nervous and felt very awkward about the whole thing because I'd never had anything cosmetic done and hadn't planned to in my lifetime. I've never spoken with a plastic surgeon before and was also afraid that I might get unsolicited advice (i.e. "Well, if we change x or y, you'll look SO much better!") that would hurt my feelings for a long time or something honestly. Nothing I was concerned about came true in the least bit; his bedside manner was A+, and Dr. Diepenbrock was also extremely sympathetic about some personal issues I shared with him that had caused my tension headaches to become much worse in recent months. He came up with a generous and cost-effective plan for treating me during our session but then also suggested that I seek out a doctor that accepts insurance for my type of issue - read: he wasn't even trying to make a return customer out of me, he's really just that nice. As for the results? I definitely feel that it worked. I still get headaches from time-to-time from dehydration or if my neck/shoulder/upper back tension gets too out-of-control; however, the "transfer of tension" to my head doesn't happen nearly as often. These days, I can still feel when the rest of my muscles are tight and aching, but at least it doesn't turn into a headache that prevents me from remembering things or thinking clearly. I think I'll look into having the same treatment on some of my neck/shoulder muscles and see if that solves the problem completely. I'm so grateful that Dr. Diepenbrock was so knowledgeable about this type of issue and was so willing to work with me in my situation because now I might be more on the track to completely solving my 20-year issue. I came in with a procedure in my mind, I am losing volume in my face and wanted it corrected. They basically talked me out of the procedure, and just recommended to take better care of my skin. I have no wrinkles but my pores could be smaller and I have spots of sun damage. I could do a better job looking after my skin for sure. They put together some products for me from Obagi line, Dr.Diepenbrock did a tiny bit of Botox to relax muscles under my eyes when I smile so it doesn't cause wrinkles and hollowness under eyes and they sent me home. Next day my eyes look really relaxed when I smile, I love it. The botox shots were not painful and left no marks! I have a follow up scheduled in June.

He needed me to come with him today to his appointment just in case I'd have to drive him home. Here's the thing, I'm on crutches. I needed to use the restroom so bad so I called and explained the situation and that I couldn't make it to the second floor bathroom, and this wonderful woman came and helped me through all of the doors going in and coming out. I didn't catch her name, but she was so kind and helpful. She had dark hair that was past her shoulders, blue eyes, and such a warm smile. I appreciate these people more than anything, it's a lot harder to navigate a world on crutches, and even harder in the snow!

Patients PAY to fix screwed up results, failed attempts, & sewing mishaps repeatedly. DrJoe seems…read moreso nice but no accountability or resolution, he just keeps charging for more and more solutions to his mistakes that he gaslights you about. He also tends to get stressed out and snap at his staff so it does make you question his sincerity. Attempt 1 I paid $4k for neck liposuction that left me disfigured with an uneven neck skin ripple that spanned across my entire chin underneath and was 1cm wide. Attempt 2 When I scheduled to have this fixed, I paid $3k more to just do a full facelift since I already had to go under the knife again (total $9k) and ALL he did was my neck AGAIN. My neck/chin was great & fixed but my cheeks were not pulled up at all!!! Wasted $. Attempt 3 He charged me the $1k anesthesia fee for the revision of my cheeks and I did not feel pain or right there at all, AGAIN, he just pulled chin/neck tighter & ignored my cheeks but yet I have a facelift scar all around my ears but cheeks were never pulled up & my skin is flopping . He does not use dissolving stitches!!! I had to go multiple times to get ones coming out of my skin pulled out & STILL years later I feel them trying to come out and they itch like crazy and 1 created a permenant frenulum behind my ear! I now have a severe pixie ear on one side and moderate on the other, but know he'd just try to charge more for more mistake revisions so I didn't go back. I have been in years of massage therapy trying to release the neck and chin adhesions from being pulled 2x when my face needed it, not my neck! I actually needed Botox to release the muscles that were screwed up and pulling my mouth corners down!!! I had a collapsed lung from anesthesia that last time and it took 6 months to not feel out of breath. No referrals. Just diagnosis. He did a great job on removing a pouch of inflammation for me years prior (but wanted $900 to revise a 1cm thick scar that was sewn sloppily 5 inches across, which I declined). Kayley is a funny and down to earth coordinator that has an amazing bedside manner. (Just don't believe her Facebook someone hacked her account to impersonate her and steal money saying that they invest it for you in crypto!! I called their office 2x to report it but got no response). On a 1-10 scale (1 = you will regret it) 10 Abdominal Work 2 Neck Liposuction 5 Neck Lift 1 Face Lift 3 Sewing Scars 2 Fairness of Fees The office keeps having their client photos deleted here! I may need to start posting them to the local Facebook group pages to warn people & on my podcast channel because at least 4 other client reviews have been deleted and so his score went from 4.2% to 4.8%. Dr Mlakkar seems like a friendly guy but the business ethics and accountability & correction solutions is unethical!

Narrated everything they were doing as they did it. The quality of care was exceptional. When it came time for Dr Meyer to give me the IV sedation, I felt ready and comforted. Single-handedly the best dental experience I've ever had. Recovery has been going really well, too. I was told what to expect and when. I called with an anxiety induced concern and they were able to bring me in within minutes to check the extraction site(s). Everything was fine but they never made me feel bad for calling. I feel important, cared about and valued there. I will recommend Dr Meyer and her team, the whole Ruckman office really, to anyone needing an oral surgeon. Don't even bother going anywhere else!

I got the appointment quickly. I thought it would be a long way out. I checked in with the friendly staff. I was taken back to the room where the dental assistant explained the procedure in detail to me. Asked a few questions about my health history that hadn't been on the questionnaire I had filled out online, took my blood pressure and told me the doctor would be in shortly. When Dr. Myer came in she introduced herself, was quite friendly and we joked about a few things, She explained a few more things. Then we got busy. Shots were in, a little waiting for the numbness and she and the assistants came in and within 15 minutes the teeth were out. It was amazing! I didn't feel anything, not pinching, not pressure, nothing. She is very skillful and very patient oriented. She talks to throughout letting you know what she is doing. I couldn't have asked for a better dentist or staff! The one thing that did surprise me was that even though I have excellent insurance that would pay for the entire procedure, I was asked to pay for half up front. It will take 2-3 weeks for them to reimburse me. Living on SS that is a hard pill to swallow especially since it came as a surprise as I was checking out.
