My biggest frustration is the fact it says it has two locations online however there is only one location and the other location has not been opened up yet. When I asked when that location was going to be opened up back in July of 2020, I was told that by December of 2021 it would be open. Here we are in April and the second location is still not open. If you need evening appointments be prepared they are very limited....... With them only having one location they are limited on how many appointments they can do. Considering what I'm paying, I was hoping to see better results by now. And the second location would be open to offer more availability....

I found Dr. Lee about a year after learning about BII (breast implant illness), as he was the only surgeon from Indiana located on a recommended explant surgeon list at the time I was pursuing a consult. He was in Ft. Wayne and me in Indy so there was some distance. I'll admit, I wasn't quite versed in surgeon reputations but I knew I wanted a recommended surgeon and I felt comfortable after my consult with not getting another consult. He seemed so knowledgeable and supportive about BII and the office staff are all so sweet. After all, they are in the business of making you feel beautiful regardless your circumstance. I love the Godly feel in the lobby and the holistic approach he takes. As I sit here 3 months PO, although I don't have the beautiful results (no fault of Dr. Lee) I see others have, I am pleased with the care and professionalism I received with the office. Staff were quick to respond when I had any questions or issues during recovery. Overall, my recovery was fairly seamless and I know that was partly due to his recommendations.

Her knowledge of skin care and maintenance is top notch. She detailed what the process would be prior to my service and she was a consummate professional. She encouraged me, with no pressure, to maintain a route and schedule with my facials. Their office is serene and well kept. You have an immediate relaxing feeling upon entry. Dr. Shambaugh and his staff were awesome and took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable with the decision I had made to get them removed. The day of the surgery, all of the pre and post op staff and Dr. Shambaugh were super sweet, made me feel very relaxed and surgery went great.
