This place was open right at 7am (thankfully)! They had the huge commercial washers and dryers, which saves me sooo much time with all of the loading and unloading (who sorts by color anyway right? ) They have a change machine inside that accepts $1, $5, $10, $20 bills and spits out quarters for you to use. (This is a quarters only facility for the machines). Wash was $5 for each commercial wash (they all had 3 different washing times though, not sure if that was intentional or not) Dryer cost me a total of $2 for 3 dryers each at 30 minutes. They had plenty of folding tables inside on the North and West side of the building. There is also a little (yes, maybe 8 chairs tops) seating/waiting area. BUT! There's a taqueria next door! So, you know, tacos while your laundry is ready!

I asked her to note them (when I worked in a dry cleaners they had fabric friendly post it arrows to point to the specific areas). She said "I will," and tossed them into the bin. When I picked them up, the stains were still there. She said, "Well, food oil is hard to get out. We can try again." I said, "Please mark the spots so the cleaner sees them." She again said, "I will." and into the bin they went. I asked her about marking them now and she said she'd get to it. When my husband picked them up he didn't inspect them in the cleaners. When we checked them out at home the first 2 pictures show how they looked, wrinkled as though they put spot remover on them and scrubbed at them. I have no other idea as to how they got so wrinkled in just that area. I steamed the wrinkles out and then saw the area of concern. Pictures 3 and 4 show their attempt to remove 3 spots. It looks like a long, across-the-leg continuous stain now. These are newer suit slacks, not worn but a few times. I doubt that he will ever wear them again, but I'm not taking them back to this place. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this dry cleaners. They should be embarrassed by the way this product left their store.

They do an excellent job with my goose down comforters and robes as well as my Irish wool sweaters, corduroy pants and other items that I take in. Everything comes back looking brand new and within a week, sometimes faster than that. I'm sorry that I don't remember the name of the lady at the front desk (with a silver-white pageboy hairstyle) who usually checks me in but she really knows her stuff.
