Oh dear. It's not like we have choices in So. Oregon, so I unwillingly took my cashmere sweaters here after winter. Please don't! I take great care with my sweaters, brushing them after wearing to remove pills, etc. Now all my cashmere sweaters looking like they have been washed with white towels. Terrible white lint (not there when taken in) and pills everywhere. It will take hours to get these to look good again. And the shaping and folding is horrible. I am so horrified, and paid over $50 for 4 sweaters. Never again!! read more

Weldon's has a long -time, great reputation in Medford, OR. Unfortunately, prices have really escalated, and I hope Weldon's is able to weather the current economic downturn. Just used them for cleaning a winter coat. Great work! read more

I took an expensive dress from my grandson's recent wedding that needed cleaning intending to drop the dress and duster off and the professionals there could not find the cleaning instructions for it. Several of them conferred over the stitching and advised me to go home and wash it in delicate cycle and hang to dry. My dress looks just like it did when I bought it at David's Bridal shop! Very responsive to short turnaround. Visiting from out of town and need cleaned in two days

1st time last week was good. Every thing was neat and clean. Went this week and the place was bit of a mess. The dryers needed the lint removed, so much lint! They need to be cleaned out periodically so dryers don't burn up and brake, luckily the lint doors were open so I could clean them out so my clothes would dry at a decent time but it's not my job. Workers were just sitting around. It was nice not to many people in house. I will still go back until my dryer arrives. Hopefully soon. read more

Weldon's is "okay". They're close to my place so I go there. The "Open 24 hour" sign in a lie. They close at 11. The place is very clean and well maintained. They apparently don't heat the place however. I realized this going there last Sunday morning. I guess they wait for the driers to heat the place up. But that's not helpful in the early morning. The plastic seats were like sitting on ice cubes, so I opted to stand up. The prices are okay as laundry places go. $5.00 for the huge machine. $4.00 for a smaller front loader and I think $2.50 or $3.00 for the top loaders. Drying is $.25 for each 5 minutes. read more

This place has 24hr sign on the marquee off the road,so I go into here to wash at 11pm in the middle of my wash the lights go off at 11:30pm security comes at 12am to lock the doors.This is completely misleading like everything in Oregon if they would just paint over the 24hr open sign ,there would not be a possibility of a inconvenience.Now I have to leave my clothes in the dryer overnight and the change machine shout off with the light so my clothes has to sit in the dryer wet until 7am complete BS this is a dump looks like it's never cleaned the big washer took 50 cents extra so instead of 5$ it was 5.50$ there sign says 24hrs but at the door it says 11pm I arrived at 11-15pm and the doors are wide open then security come at 12:10am to lock the doors I will not ever use this laundromat again. read more

I took my brand new recital dress (that still had the tags on, paid $30 for) to Weldons in Ashland Oregon to get it hemmed up because it was too long. I took it in and the alteration lady, Elayne Taylor, took me back and measured me up, she advised me to not take in any at the waist like I wanted because it would cost more. So all she did was take in a few inches off the bottom. I went to pick up my dress last Friday from the Ashland location. Elayne expressed to me while grabbing my dress that her cat was playing with my dress while she worked on it which raised concern for my dress. I got my dress, they didn't have me try it to make sure it was well done, so they handed me the dress, charged me $40 for taking a couple inches off the bottom. I was angry about the price but didn't put up a fight and took it home. When I got off work I decided to try it on to make sure it was well done. I put the dress on and there was a gapping hole in my dress (not on a seem). I called Elayne today and explained to her my concerns and she said that she was originally going to charge me $50. She said the hole was not her doing, even though I tried the dress on before I took it in, no holes, no wrinkles. I get my dress back wrinkled (she even advised me to iron it) and with a hole that I now have to safety pin together for my performance. If I could give this business 0/5 stars, i would. This isn't even the least bit of satisfactory customer service or work to pay more for the alteration than the dress itself! Not happy! I don't care if the alteration person is a separate entity of Weldons, it's Weldons wrong doing to hire someone to come in to do this work who is clearly not up to par on professional alterations read more

Went to this laundromat to do laundry. My father was in ICU at the hospital and I came in from out of state with very little clothes. I picked them because they were close and I wouldn't have to be away very long. Got there and the woman at the counter was not very helpful. I needed to get cash to have quarters to use the machines. She wouldn't let me buy soap and get some cash back to use at their laundromat. She made me leave and go to the bank. read more

Clean and everything working. Did two loads in washer and dryers for about $8 using a top loader. They also have front loaders and large capacity washers. Dryers really worked at the temperature you set them, which was great. Open for laundry at 7. Attendant probably keeps the later Mon-Fri hours listed for the business on Google and other sites. read more
