Ruined 3 wool shirts. Hell no drive to CDA or Spokane valley. They came out in fine shape but as the day went on the back disintegrated.

Needed quick help when my washer and dryer was taken out for remodeling. They hopped all over it and did a nice job. Good customer service.

Just put on a sweater cleaned at Nu-Way--the second piece of clothing they have ruined by shrinking. Never again. They do terrible work.

On June 13, I took my futon cover in to get repaired and cleaned. There was a seam that had split…read morein the quilted cover. I was told that they weren't sure how much it would cost to repair it but that somebody would get back to me shortly and let me know the cost. Multiple weeks later I called to find out what was going on because I had not heard from them. I was told that they did not know where my futon cover had gone. They have two different people that they use for repairs and they weren't sure who had it. I thought that this was completely reckless with people's property to not track something like that. I was told that somebody would get back to me shortly and let me know what was going on. Another couple of weeks later I called again and was told that they didn't know anything and they would have to look into it. Another couple of weeks later I called again and once again I was told that this is the first time they had heard of my situation but that they would look into it and get back to me. Nobody ever contacted me during the month and a half to tell me what was going on. I finally went in and there was a young girl at the counter. I asked her what was going on and she said she had no idea, but she would get back to me. I told her that I have heard that multiple times and nobody ever gets back to me and I'm getting very frustrated with the fact that they have had my futon cover for over two months now with no feedback. I finally got a call from Steven who I believe is one of the owners. He said that they had placed my item in the wrong place and an outside company that does restoration for them took my futon cover multiple hours away to get fixed when they had nothing to do with it. The owner then told me that he had to drive multiple hours to get my futon cover back and made it seem like it was my fault that he had to do that. He also told me that I was very rude to his daughter. I don't feel I was rude, just rightly frustrated and shared that frustration with her when they continued to have no answers for me. When I finally went in to pick up my futon cover, there were two people in front of me inside the lobby and one person waiting in the drive-through. I heard the person behind the counter say to all three of them that somebody took an unexpected two month vacation and that they had other employees that just didn't wanna work, and none of their items were ready. All this combined, I'm wondering how they're still in business. On top of that they have one phone number that rings at both of their Hayden and Coeur d'Alene locations and you never know which location will pick up and if you get the wrong location, they have no idea what you're talking about. I have never had such horrible customer service in my 59 years of life, and I have over 30 years of experience in customer service. Mistakes can happen, but how you recover can fix the situation, and they apparently never learned this.

I went in there calm and friendly…read moreand was greeted back by the owner herself "Sonja" with very aggressive & rude behavior..(I'm assuming because she already knew what she had done). I saw my wedding gown had new stains on it that were not there when I dropped it off, I went in there wanting them to fix what they had done. Plus it still had dirt stains on it from before. I was then accused of spilling wine all over my gown. I eloped on top of a mountain! There was no food nor drink where I eloped, I wore my gown for a total of about 10 minutes I changed once again back into my hiking clothes before we hiked off the mountain the only stains that were on my dress were dirt and grass stains but now I have what looks like burn marks all over my gown but according to Sonja it's "wine". They had my dress for over three weeks when I went to pick it up they said it was not ready and to come back the next week, when I came back in they said it looks brand new! No red tags (which means there is stains they could not get out). So they had my dress for close to a month. Finally it was ready to come home...but now it has new stains.... so my question is are they letting other people wear our wedding gowns? is this like a side hustle going on!? I asked for a refund and Sonja acknowledge that they sent my gown home dirty but she would not give me a refund ,the only other solution was to let her have it again to try and clean it again.... Hmm so she could what???? rent It out again! AGAIN I DO NOT DRINK WINE AND THERE WAS NO FOOD OR DRINK WHERE I ELOPED! Shame on Sonja for ruining my wedding gown!

They must have a miracle worker working for them. I will use them again.
