He was super professional, he did a great job overall; however, we had pet stains and odor on the area rug and it still smells. I had to drag it into my garage over night to finish drying because it was still wet 4 hours after the cleaning was done. The playroom remains wet so I have fans going to try and get the carpet to dry. It still smells a little in there but I think once dry it'll be better. Overall I am happy with the way my area rug looks and the fact that the playroom is clean but the smell bothers me and also how long it is taking to dry.

The stove and oven were nice and clean but they also weren't that dirty to begin with. Not a single AC vent cover was touched (only 3 in the house), master tub seemed to be completely skipped as there was hair and small specs all over it, the tile that surrounds the tub as well (see pics of bottle rings on tile around tub), there was an obvious spot on kitchen floor that was not touched (see pics). The sponge in the pics, is me wiping baseboards after they were done. After paying over $300 for a professional deep move out cleaning, my former landlord is charging me additional $ for these things that were skipped (pics provided) and I can't really blame them. Overall, I would not use or recommend Crown Cleaning Co. which is sad because Linda was very nice.
