The first time she came there were a few places missed that were not clean, but I was home and able to show her the missing spots so she was able to clean them before she left. The second time she came a few weeks ago I was home but busy with work and wasn't able to take a thorough look around the house until a few hours later when my husband was home. It didn't look like any of the floors or stairs had actually been vacuumed, there was soap scum all over the master shower, and a thin layer of dust still on two of the bathroom counters. She offers a great cleaning price but not at the expense of having a dirty house still. I sent her a message and she offered to come back to clean again but I after I discussed with my husband we decided to pay more for a solid cleaning service instead of having her come back. They came out with two maids and did an OK job. Later on thought, we noticed that they had missed a lot of stuff. I wrote an email to the company and within an hour, the owner of the company and his wife had contacted me apologizing profusely promising to rectify the situation. The next day, the owner, his wife and the crew came out to my house and really did a spectacular job. They really paid attention to cleaning outside the cabinets, our shutters, blinds and floors.
