They started squeaking getting into or out of bed, They also started squeaking when you were in bed at night trying to go to sleep. I tried to seek remedy with the 10 year box spring warranty but squeaking was not covered of course. Not to worry, Ken and Gloria, owners of Everything Cool immediately said not to worry that they have our backs on this one. They offered us replacement foundations that are superior in quality to what we had originally purchased in September 2020. He was friendly but not pushy and could tell when we needed help or needed to discuss details amongst our selves. He has a big personality and we loved it. Customer service is a dying career field but Bob is the epitome of 5 Star customer service!! We are excited to recieve our new bed due to the competitive price, free delivery and removal of our old bed, free matress cover and 2 brand new gel-foam pillows. They also offer a 6 month "comfort" guarentee, meaning if we get the bed, sleep a few nights and aren't happy we can go back and find another. (I asked about four times) Salesperson "Yes, yes, yes". The day before scheduled delivery "Oops, not in stock! Was in stock when you bought it but now it's not. Perhaps buy an air mattress in the meantime?" (as if it makes any sense it was in stock when I bought it and then mysteriously wasn't). "But we will toss in two pillows" (cheap pillows they claimed were $300.00 (ha)) "And we can deliver for you this Saturday". I call on Friday to confirm delivery (good thing I did because they weren't calling me). "Oops, still not in stock! Sorry! But definitely next week! And we definitely deliver quicker than anybody else around". (mind blown with that line). They also tried to use a hurricane as an excuse which made me laugh because they lied and sold me a mattress that was never in stock before the hurricane. I cancelled the order, went to another store and scheduled a delivery within two days. Best thing about their lovely customer service? They claimed refunding me over $2,000 would take several weeks so I called my credit card company to dispute the payment and was credited by them.

On Nov 5 my wife and I visited the Store in Murabella Saint Augustine. We spoke to Salesman A and ordered a top of the line Tempur-Pedic Blue series King size Mattress on massaging base. to be delivered on Monday11/12. We were informed that company policy did not allow a discount on the mattress. However we were offered a 5 year no interest loan which we accepted. We signed the order form, but later at home we read the fine print at "3 years with no interest". I returned to the store and Salesman A corrected the mistake. On 11/12, wrong the mattress was delivered. This was not obvious until the set up was complete. The delivery personnel told us that a replacement would be delivered on Tuesday. I called the store and spoke to Salesman B. to confirm the next day delivery. He told me there was nothing he could do and I should to call Customer Service. He gave me the number and that is when the problems really started. Phone call #1 I was on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. Phone call #2 After several minutes the call was answered but unintelligible. Phone call #3. Finally I was able to explain the problem to the CS person. She put me on hold to research my complaint. 15 minutes later She hung up. Phone call #4 I immediately called back and received the message "We are closed call after 10am tomorrow". I was angry a returned to the store after 6pm. Salesman B said "HAVE YOU JUST COME HERE TO VENT?' He proceeded to trash his colleague for his "Incompetence. I was insulted. I told him I came to get a resolution to the problem. He was rude unprofessional and unwilling top help. I left in disgust, expecting the mattress to be delivered on Tuesday as promised. Tuesday, we waited all day and no Mattress. instead we received a bill from the company for over $13,000, twice the cost of the order. Wednesday. My wife and I returned to the store in the afternoon and spoke to Salesman B again. He was on the phone with his feet on the desk. Again he was no help and told us that there was another couple who has the same problem. I told him to expect a complaint . His response was that he was with the company for 11 years and didn't appear to care. Phone call # 5 Tuesday evening after the encounter. Finally I spoke to Amy the CS manager who listened to the details of my experience. She promised delivery on Thursday. We both agreed that the delivery would be after 4 pm because my wife had a hospital appointment in the morning. Thursday morning at 7 30 am I received a phone call that I didn't answer because I mistook it for the alarm. At 8-15 the truck arrived just as we were leaving. I arranged with the driver to return after 4 pm as agreed. Phone call # 6, At about 10-15, I spoke to Amy who confirmed the revised schedule. Phone call #7. I spoke to Amy and it was determined that the driver had returned to the Company without delivering the mattress. She put me on hold presumably speaking to the senior management. When she returned she was obviously annoyed at the multiple screw-ups and offered me a $150 rebate. Amy was the only silver lining in this whole debacle and deserves recognition. Saturday, the correct mattress was delivered and installed as promised.

Easter weekend, I'm trying to get back home to my family and I'm held hostage by a Mattress1.com…read moretruck:( First of all, A six hour delivery window is unacceptable for a person who is employed. (a person who is not employed would not likely be plunking down bucks for a new mattress). I was forced to work from my weekday pad (since I live on the West Side of Florida Friday thru Sunday). I explained all of this to the sales man who assured me they would have no problem hitting their delivery window. Here I sit an hour after that delivery window closed with no call from the driver and no idea when I can expect delivery. Called the store (literally across the street from my apt) and the salesman attempted to reach the driver and get an ETA with no luck. Salesman finally called me back and gave me the driver's number (he's not answering of course). So I locate their corporate number in Miami and at 3:45 pm on a Friday I get a recording that says "Sorry we're closed." No identification of who the company is, no option to reach a customer service rep...just a "hey, it's Easter weekend and Miami traffic sucks so all of we corporate types are bumping off early...customer service be damned." Communication (from anyone who could give me an ETA) would have helped keep this negative review from dropping a star every half hour...but....clearly Mattress1.com is not aware of the power online reviews wield...the deserve to lose customers and market share until they fix their broken delivery and customer service/communication processes. Tell my kids daddy hopes to be home in time for Easter Dinner where I'm serving a perfectly stewed Mattress1.com driver.

Even the fabric is puckered. The first sectional the frame broke within the year warranty. so this is our replacement. GARBAGE!!!!! sides and back have come undone. And to top it off, the second set was actually cheaper in price and they expect us to pay the price that we paid on the first sectional we bought!! Tried to explain that to them and even called cooperate office. They did not care either! Will never step foot back into that store.
