The guy working there was cool, knowledgeable about what he's selling. I bought a wax pen off this shop, a badger pen. Pen ended up not working, badger support for some reason didn't believe 3 heavy-smokers couldn't get the pen to work & so just kinda dismissed my case. I took it back to the shop for a replacement. I didn't even want my money back just a replacement. I was given a whole speech just to tell me he didn't want to do it because he'd have to re-organize inventory. I repeat, it's not that he couldn't, he just didn't want to. I called once more to try and get them to do the right thing but they never called me back and so I think this place and the customer service have earned a 1-star rating/review.

They look at you funny when you bring a roll of quarters and make you count it. They have no respect for Military Veterans or Active Duty Military.... They have a one person limit because of COVID, but that doesn't matter because a lot of the people that go there have full on conversations with the workers there. So they end up having a line that has to wait outside in the heat or rain because of certain people having conversations with the workers... They have a really bad homeless problem that they don't do anything about... I wouldn't recommend this place at all. They only have one brand of cigarettes that are cheap L&Ds...

He sided and made a huge deal in front of another customer. Calling me derogatory names!! Calling me derogatory names for a woman and a Hispanic. Especially with everything going on in today's world.
