We spoke to him and we had a little small talk with him and we got a peek into his character. He didn't realize what he was saying. But he was saying something that showed that he was a great and trustworthy man. I stopped him and I said hey man, we need more people like you. I highly respect you and thank you for that. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff member. I explained that I was a novice and needed some guidance, and he was more than happy to help. We stepped into the humidor, and it was honestly beautiful. The layout was organized and easy to browse, with prices clearly marked on each box--no guessing or awkward asking. He took his time explaining different options, worked within my budget, and never made me feel rushed or out of place. The store itself is bright, open, and very clean. I asked what Zyn flavors they had, and the employee responded with an attitude: "What you see is what you get, buddy." When I mentioned a flavor, he replied, "Does that brand even have those?" and after I corrected myself, he said, "Yeah, different brand," in a sarcastic tone.
