I would give zero stars if I could. I am a returning customer but not anymore. Yesterday I bought an elf bar vape from them watermelon ice for $25. When I got home and opened the vape box the vape was already opened without the plug and not in the silver packaging. Silver packaging was in box but the vape was not. I brought the vape back the very next day, today, to exchange it for one that was securely packaged and the guy wouldn't exchange it. He was rude and said I opened it. No don't insult my integrity. He told me to come back at 9pm to talk to the manager. What? He said the manager would check the camera but what good is that when I didn't open the vape in the store. Where do I begin? If there was a zero star or a negative-1 or -2 star option that would be more appropriate to review this establishment. The prices are outrageous beyond gouging more like slaughtering the customer. I was very loyal to this place and if you go during the day you will pay the same prices but you won't have such a horrible "customer service" experience. The person that works behind the counter in the evening is to be avoided at all costs. I'd describe them as making your experience beyond uncomfortable . I have spent over $1000 here in the past year yet I'm treated as if they are doing me a favor allowing me give them my money.
