We specialize in helping Small Businesses and their owners with the Tax and Accounting aspects of operating a profitable business. Often this includes assisting with payroll and bookkeeping functions on a quarterly or monthly basis.
On the individual level, we specialize in the tax issues faced by active duty military personnel as well as retirees and individuals working abroad. Each of these groups have separate considerations that we work with frequently.

Established in 2011.
Effective August 1, 2011 the Certified Public Accounting office of Nolan D. Gookin, P.C. will be known as Numeric Strategies, LLC.
We are happy to have not only Nolan Gookin, CPA continuing on with Numeric Strategies as an off-sight consultant, but Libby Radosevich will continue as Office Manager and payroll specialist and Sharon Davis as our client bookkeeper and administrative assistant; all former employees of Nolan D. Gookin, P.C. office and in the same great location.
Meet the Business Owner: Jackie S.
Jackie Spegele, the founder of Numeric Strategies, LLC is a licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and taxation specialist. Academically, she has earned her Master's in Accounting with an emphasis in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Jackie has worked exclusively in public accounting since 1987 and has worked in a variety of offices, both small single office locations and large national and regional size firms, across the country. Like many people in the Colorado Springs area, Jackie has ties to the military community and understands not only the lifestyle but the tax considerations. Jackie's husband, Joe, is an active duty Naval Officer who after many years of living in various states with Jackie and their two children was assigned to Peterson Air Force Base. Colorado has always been a dream for Jackie, and now it's reality.
