They are a family business with a showroom just off from Rt 35. I couldn't get to it so I was even given a free ride to go and see for myself what the products look like from Doug the salesman. On the day of installation, I met his wife Michele who is the Showroom Manager. Then there's Mindy who is on top of contacting me and making sure there is communication and then Rob and his team of two other installers. The whole bunch had a great sense of humor, and really enjoyed their jobs! They came on time and offered professional service but still maintaining a great easy-going vibe. The installers were extremely efficient and had window replacement to a science! They cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess! Rob has 32 years of windows installation experience and it shows. The guys were down to earth and humble too! They packed all the equipment into the truck neatly! It is one of the neatest and cleanest work trucks I have ever seen! I spied a cooler in their truck! If you get Doug as your salesman, ask him to show you one of his best assets, a cap that his wife bought him. It is a very familiar red and I thought could it be? Then Doug turns around and his cap reads "Make Windows Great Again!" That was too precious! I told him he could offer those for sale too! After installation, I had some issues with the mechanics of the windows and Michele was on it ASAP and dispatched Doug out to see what the issues were. Great customer service! The windows I got are Polaris and made in Ohio! They also install exterior doors and storm doors from ProVia. If your budget will allow you to, get the triple paned glass! Had a brand new 14k front door installed back in 2023 timeframe. Since then the door has required…read moremaintenance three times. Initial install didn't include chains.Then storm door mount by was repaired after upper and lower pulled out of the side and the bottom bracket completely broke. Services and "repaired". Numerous visible holes on the storm door from Multiple attempts and failures to align the top bracket properly. door was extremely hard to open and close even after adjusting the arm bars. Month Later upper mount pulled out of side again with normal door open and close motion. Serviced again two weeks ago. reinstalled upper and lower bracket. Multiple screws completely stripped on install. Bottom of the door seam was never recaulked after they removed and replaced side panel. Sue from the service department doesn't return voicemails and never answers. Good luck with your service on that warranty if you already purchased. They will damage it more. Back door was installed by Renewal and haven't had a single issue. Shop somewhere else.

The cable satellite dish was removed from the roof & it was placed on the side of the house while they were installing aluminum siding on the house & we were without cable due to the signal being lost. We notified Window Galaxy customer service right away & asked them to come back to put the satellite dish back on the roof. They said they couldn't come back at that time & would put the satellite dish back up the next day and we said "ok". We said to ourselves "things happen and 1 night without cable won't be too bad". The Window Galaxy USA workers arrived the next morning & my husband spoke to them personally & showed them where they left the satellite dish etc. The workers apologized & said that they will place the cable satellite dish back on the roof within an hour or so. My husband went to work & when I came home from work the satellite dish was still on the ground & the Window Galaxy USA workers were gone & the aluminum siding job was complete. Window Galaxy USA is not coming back to put the satellite dish back on the roof. I called my cable company & we to pay an installation fee for a new satellite dish to be put back on the roof and the earliest appointment is 7 days from now!!! Thank you Window Galaxy USA.

Summary: Home improvements like these are significant investments. Anyone can sell you premium materials, but not everyone can install them with the professional expertise that insures your investment 20+ years down the line. Diagnosing the issue took some time since the problems weren't straightforward, but rather than rushing or guessing, he worked through it methodically until he had a clear picture of what needed fixing. Once he had that, he fixed both windows correctly and made sure they opened and closed smoothly before moving on. I also pointed out three other windows with issues, and Rob fixed all of them while he was there, which made the visit even more worthwhile. We had a budget, and he helped us keep to it, but he really went above and beyond that. Other vendors told us there was no way to keep the 130 year window moldings, but Turab not only helped us keep them, but had so many neat tricks to improve our restoration project. Other vendors just gave us offers against our project scope, but Turab explained to us the dynamics of different windows in different parts of the house and what types worked best and saved us money. He made custom moldings for our cellar windows. He also helped us out to stop a fly tipping incident one day when we were out and not able to deal with it ourselves. And when it was pouring with rain and our basement flooded, he went outside and took a really long and hard look and told us what the problem was. We got it fixed the same weekend and never had issues since.
