The receipt you get after paying simply states DRY CLEANING $XXX.XX and Laundry $XXX.XX. they do what they want not what customer is requesting.. then the tell it says on the receipt "Press Only" the receipt attached to the merchandize. He gave me a pre-printed price list and showed me what each step would cost. He also explained that the holes in the flex ducts were small enough to patch rather than having to be replaced. I attempted to get 2 more quotes, however the first company wanted to charge me $90.00 just to have their tec come out to make the quote. The second company sent someone out, but he would not give me a quote until I got an inspection. That was going to cost $280.00. Of course I called Pinkertons and we set a date for him to come and do the work. He and his helper showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner and told me the worh was guaranteed for a year.
