I have been coming to this location since it first opened up for service here, I love that the owners keep it clean and maintain that all the machines are functional and leaving is great!!! If I have ever had a issue It was mentioned and right then and there they assist the issue. Love the. Super convenient hours. Just had a ... pleasant experience here. Wad washing some items and came back to pick them up. I was talking on my phone on speaker while running in and out. Upon doing so, the lady working there rudely said "TOO LOUD" so I replied "sorry I didn't realize this was a library" and instantly went outside and finished my call. Upon returning inside to grab my remaining articles, I approached her and said "excuse me ma'am, are you the manager" in which she replied yes. I explained to her that I wasn't trying to be rude and that I didn't realize I was being loud, inwhich she stated that I was "yelling" and that I needed to have headphones in and pointed toward the sign at the front door. I asked her for her name and she told me she wouldnt give me that information and then I asked for the owners contact information which she refused to give me and told me to leave and not come back. I explained to her that I was just trying do discuss the situation, in which she started cussing at me and telling me to leave, granted, I had not raised my voice one time nor said anything inappropriate nor was cussing at her (although the deemed it necessary to do so to me). Upon leaving I told her she was being ridiculous and chuckled as I was exiting the door in which she mocked me and made a chuckle to demean me and told me to go "fuck myself". I started heading towards my vehicle and turned around to take a picture of the establishment in which she came back outside and told me "get the fuck out of here or I'm calling the cops". I told her I was just getting a picture so I had information of the place which she said "I dont give a fuck, leave and don't come back". This lady is seriously off her rocker, I would advise everyone to not come here. I was in no way impolite to this lady, and she has no business treating clientel like such. I would advise the owner to check the footage to try and discredit anything I am saying. I am from out of town and not like I am ever going to come back anyways, but this lady is crazy. Other than that, the establishment is nice, clean, fairly priced machines, but yeah, if I can't make a phone call on speaker phone without being rudely treated, then I dont need to be at this establishment. If the owner is reading this I would be more then open to discuss the matter. read more

First 10/10 recommend for anyone!! The owner stopped in and was very kind and friendly. Asked if we needed anything and if the temperature was ok. Which is very nice as we are travelers just passing through. This establishment is very well maintained and taken care of. It's affordable!! It's not a huge place but enough space to get the job done. read more

Great laundromat! Very clean, not too expensive, and the dryers do a fantastic quick job. The attendant (owner?) was friendly and helpful. We are full time RVers who use laundromats all over the country and this is one of the best. Warning- it is a little hard to find. Apple Maps will take you to the wrong place. Google maps is correct, but the business doesn't have a good sign out front (it blew off). It's in the little strip mall across from DQ, next to the fitness place. read more

I am staying on SPI and had a load of laundry started at a laundromat where the change machine was out of service on a Sunday. The owner here was amazing and let me borrow some quarters. I will be getting her some quarters first thing tomorrow and if I need to do laundry again this will be the place that I go!! read more

We love Port Isabel, its an amazing place to visit.. But I will NEVER go back to this terrible place again.. The owner of this place cursed at me, using the F word in front of my 3 year old.. I can't believe it! Horrible experience! I would give them one star if I had the option. I should have taken that horrible ladys photo so I could post it here.. Came here because reviews not good for other places. Glad I did. Very clean ( including restrooms), cold AC, several sizes of washers and dryers, several folding stations, and very accommodating attendant. Clothes came out beautiful. I highly recommend this place! read more

Staying at La Copa Inn on South Padre Island. Dryers sucked there, so drove over to this facility to dry & it was amazing! Dryers hot and true to cost. $.25 cents for 4 minutes! Great clean experience. read more

Located in a little strip mall so there's ample parking. Inside is clean, well-lit and air conditioned. 2 triple loaders 5 double loaders, and mulitle exta-large machines. Efficient dryers, free wifi, little kids corners with tv and picnic table. Average prices, will definitely use again. read more

Very clean and neat laundry mat. The owners are friendly. Just don't dare dry anything if you haven't used their washers. They get a little peeved because of that because according to them it costs more to operate the gas driers that they have here. At other laundromats in the area it's ok to use just their driers....But I can understand their concern in an area that has so many hotels where the driers break and the maids come in to only use the driers it could be costly. The cost to wash is $1.50 and driers are are .25 per 5 minutes of drying time. read more
