Worst part is part of my hair looks orange. ladies please do not let them ruin your hair as they did mine. on top of everything I sat for 2&1/2 hours in a chair and she said maybe 20 words to me the entire time. my daughter went in and saw Courtney. she went in as a natural brunette. she wanted purple hair with black low lights. she was told that she only booked on color. the lady highlighted 8 sections of hair and dies the rest of her hair brown. yes I said that right brown. My daughter came home in tears because it was nothing like she asked for. once again Courtney said maybe 20 words to her after she sat for over an hour. the app they use when paying doesn't give an option to not tip. the lowest it gives is you have to give a 15% tip. Not okay ladies! please save your hair and do not waste your money!
