Prism Career Institute-Cherry Hill Campus This is not a good…read morenursing school to attend. The financial aide office is very disorganized. For the people who do decide to attend, keep track of all your payments. Sometimes they might call you to the financial aide office & tell you have missed or did not make a monthly payment when you did. Keep all your receipts because their have been many complaints about this occurence happening to several students. It is very unprofessional and disorganized. I would not recommend attending the cherry hill campus nursing program to anyone. Sincerely, A student, giving an honest opinion to future student prospects

Excited and positive...but once i signed those papers for the $16,000 loan...all went to hell. They couldnt keep teachers...they kept leaving. They didnt care about their employees. they had a lot of welfare funded people in class who really didnt care what was going on. They told me they go to school and then drop out the end so they get sent to another school and keep getting paid. Its sad. I started with 20 people in my class...just two of us made it to the end. If it wasnt for a few caring teachers i really dont know how i would have made it. It took me 6 months to get my graduation certificate. I drove the 35 minute drive 5 times (every time i called to see if they had it and they said yes) and they would tell me they didnt know where it was. So i called and begged them to mail it to me. I love what I do and i know i couldnt do it without going to school. I feel like i could have gone to a better school. I hope this review helped. I wish you all the luck and i hope this school changes its ways and proves me wrong.

From the start, financial aid information has been unclear and inconsistent. Aid amounts change, balances fluctuate, and explanations are often vague or delayed. Students are left to constantly follow up just to understand what they owe and why. Communication between financial aid, billing, and advising feels disconnected, and it is incredibly difficult to get a straight answer. What is most troubling is that students are allowed to remain enrolled while financial aid issues are unresolved, only to later be hit with unexpected balances, holds, or threats of course disruption. This creates pressure and fear around continuing your education and feels like a tactic that places the financial burden entirely on the student. Instead of proactive guidance, the process feels reactive and transactional. Policies are quoted without being clearly explained, and support often feels scripted rather than student-centered. For a school that markets itself as supportive and accessible, the reality is that students must constantly advocate for themselves just to avoid financial fallout. I strongly advise prospective students to: Get everything in writing Track their account weekly Question every balance change Be prepared for financial aid issues to impact enrollment Chamberlain may work academically for some, but based on my experience, the financial aid system creates unnecessary stress and financial risk. I would not recommend this school to anyone who relies on financial aid without being fully prepared to fight for clarity and accountability.
