I spoke directly with the owner by phone. She advised me that she was at a doctor's appointment, would be returning to the office shortly, and asked me to text my name, dates of attendance, and where the transcripts needed to be sent. I immediately provided all requested information as requested. Since that conversation, despite multiple follow-up text messages, phone calls, and voicemails over the course of several weeks, I have received no response and have been unable to obtain my records. I am attaching screenshots documenting my repeated attempts to communicate. I am also attaching a screenshot of the honest review I left after graduating from the program several years ago. In response to that review, the owner specifically stated that she wished I had used my "real last name." Given that history, I cannot help but notice that communication completely stopped after I identified myself and provided my full name while requesting my records. As someone who completed this program and paid my tuition in its entirety before the very first day of class, I find it very disappointing that years later I have had to make repeated attempts simply to obtain copies of my own educational records. Educational institutions have a responsibility to support both current and former students, particularly when records are needed for continuing education or employment. Former students should reasonably expect timely responses when requesting educational records needed for school or employment. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

If you're looking for a low cost place to swim near Mount Laurel, NJ - this is it!…read more The Wahoos Swim Club's main purpose is youth swim teams. But during the day, they open to lap/fitness swimmers like me. Current hours (Jan, 2020) are 7-3pm. 25 yard pool, 7 lanes. No weekend lap swimming. But at an annual cost of $310 for an adult membership (less than $26/month), Wahoos is the most affordable pool I know of. And here's another huge plus: cooler pool temps - usually between 79-82... and one more awesome Wahoo's quality: low chemical levels in the pool. The club just underwent a thorough remodel - very clean and neat, but basic - not all dolled up like the $$$$ health clubs. I've never seen it over busy during lap swim hours. For my money, it's a great value!

This is a nice deal, so I don't have to join a separate gym or pool to swim. That said, if my gym didn't have that deal, I would not join Wahoos outright. Their open lane hours are very limited (6:15 AM. to 3:00 PM. during the week, and some later night hours on the weekends), and basically the only time I am able to get there is at 6:15 AM., before work. It seems that this swim club mainly caters to swim TEAMS, and not the individual athlete. Because of that, the pool is pretty full at that time of morning, as the before-work crowd is all trying to get in. I can't imagine actually paying for a membership to this pool with such limited hours. The facility is a bit dated, but clean nonetheless. The 8-lane pool is always clean and a nice temperature - I'm comfortable in the water after only 1 lap, and never overheated. There are plenty of kick-boards for use, and the life guards on duty are always pleasant. For now, I will continue to utilize the Wahoos pool since it is included in my gym membership, but I'd really prefer to have more options as to what time of day I can swim.

When I decided to follow the instructor strategy everything started to come more easier to me. Growth mind set; you must have. Before you do anything, you must adopt ATI strategy test bank, proctor exam, and the assessment on ATI. For each exam you done remediate the one you get wrong and practice again, complete all the focus review, active learning template (on specific content you miss). Look at your transcript and do the remediation on topic you get wrong, when you do all that test yourself to see your improvement, set your goal 85% to 95% on each test. On ATI there's the 3.0 dynamic quizzes where you can practice at least 50 question or more to test yourself start from easy, medium, hard and when you have accomplished a topic on each test create your test to test yourself to see how well you have done, remember to remediate on the one you get wrong. I want to introduce metacognition-the process to think about one's own thinking and learning. Ask yourself: what the assessment asking of me to do, what do I already know, what steps that I need to follow, how much effort I put in. There are test taking strategies: A,D,P,I,E- assessment, diagnose, planning, implement, evaluation. A,B,C- airway, breathing, circulation. Maslow's hierarchy of need's Remember to look out for negative words like, inappropriate, lowest priority, most, except, least, never, rarely, contraindication. Negative people, avoid any talk with them (there is too much distraction) Drop the mike - when you came across a situation say to yourself, "if I am going to do one thing and leave the hospital, what is best for my patient. There is distraction in multiple choices -after several days, after, immediately after.
