I have never experienced physical therapy in the top notch methodology that Kevin uses. He was very thorough in making sure his course of therapy fits with what was shown in my medical report and my MRI. I will say that if you sign on with Kevin that you should be prepared to work. I had a torn meniscus and went to PT before and then for several months after surgery. Kevin is so easy to work with - pleasant, knowledgeable, hands on, happy to explain as much as you want to know, and confident about his recommendations. He sees a wide range of people from young kids to older adults, and he seems to have a good time interacting with all of them (ie, he has a great bedside manner). It is also very easy to schedule or change appointments. You simply call and get a live, helpful person who quickly finds you an appointment (shocking!). The whole experience was excellent, and I have since referred two friends to Kevin who have also become fans. This was my first experience with PT, but my friends have seen several therapists over the years and think Kevin is the best of them.

I typically wait only 5 minutes or so in the waiting room when I arrive for an appointment, and then maybe 3-5 minutes max in the exam room for the doctor. Typically you get good, quick service, which isn't true everywhere. The only potential issue is that it can take a while to get routine appointments (they book 3-4 weeks out sometimes). But the few times I've had an urgent appointment they've gotten me in the same day. You usually see the nurse practitioner, but she's great so that's not an issue. I'd recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Patel is a careful, thoughtful, knowledgeable and caring physician who has had excellent training that she applies in her diagnoses and treatments. I was glad to work with this one lady as she helped us look at what someone did and watched some impotant words and matching what goes here! Because of this suppourt it ALSO helpded me get back on track to find out how to get me back in these schools cause all of the schools hated my IEP and they kicked me out and also wanted me to go to Gardner High School And Lienruburg High School Area since they where better with IEPS but now that i have someone to help i was hoping to get back on track as soon as i can... And our IEP will be set up on the website singed for our IEP card connected to the address of where we live.. But i cannot give that out only on this review! Bill Chapman is the most compassionate, intelligent hard working professional I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He took amazing care of my son when he was recovering from brain surgery because of a cancerous tumor. He also took care of my husband when he ruptured his Achilles. Now, it was my turn with an arthritic knee. I have learned more about my body and what it is capable of from Bills educational physical therapy sessions. He doesn't just pop you on a machine and watch from afar or give you a quick routine that you could whip through on your own. The exercises, stretches, massages and progressive strengthening doesn't ever go without explanation, education and encouragement. He works tirelessly on your mind, body and spirit! It goes above and beyond what is probably expected and required of him. You always feel like the most important person in the room. I know I am getting much more than the BEST possible therapy. I tell everyone I know to go there and request Bill and no one is ever disappointed. I look forward to my visits and make sure I keep my end up at home with his plan for me. She strives to get to the root of the problem to solve it, not working just to help me to feel better as soon as possible, but to work on actual healing, which is something I truly appreciate. If u need a helping hand 2 get ur life back on track this is the place.Anyone who is aware of the methadone mills knows how ur treated.That might b what works for some but i urge u to check this little office out. It will change ur life,&or giv u a new gift of life.Methadone saved my life almost 20yrs ago.But now Suboxone is a newer,better form of treatment.
