I recently found myself in unfamiliar territory. It was 6:30 in the morning, and I could not get out of bed. I realize that this is a daily struggle for many people. And I sympathize. About the time my son was 12 months old, I realized that I wasn't the happy mom I wanted to be. I also wasn't the happy wife I wanted to be. And I couldn't put my finger on why that was the case, and I had no clue as to how to go about making the change I knew I so desperately needed.
