They all seemed to know about my pain before I said a thing. They got me right in and the dentist was the best. He took such good care of me and I am now pain free. This crown is absolutely beautiful. It's a work of art. It has been perfect for the better part of a decade that I've had it; perfectly aligned to the tooth, positioned well, prepared well. It has never hurt, never had puffy gums around it, and I usually forget it's there until I actually see it. I literally get compliments on this particular crown every time I visit other dentists. (I have moved and her practice is out of my insurance network, otherwise I'd still be seeing her) From what I remember of our appointment she was kind, and took the time to answer my questions and explain the process to me. Celeste's attention to detail is phenomenal. And it didn't hurt. All these years later I remember Celeste was blessed with tiny hands, which doesn't necessarily make or break a dentist, but it sure helps! She's the best dentist in Cache Valley, and I would refer her to anyone I know with ironclad confidence.

I had an appointment I waited 6 months for (a cavity to fill) and as the appointment drew closer, they were checking to see if I had the same insurance. I did not. I told them specifically that I had NO INSURANCE and wanted to know the cost if paid by cash. They sent me a "plan" which I was told I had to sign. When I arrived at the appointment on Tuesday, August 6th, the charge was over $100.00 more. When I told them I was disappointed that the charge was so much more, I am unemployed and had budgeted for the original (signed contract) amount, they hummed and hawed and said, " Oh our rates have increased and sometimes the system doesn't catch it". Wrong. Just wrong. I got the contract less than 7 days prior, and that contract should have been honored. I can't do business with this sloppy bookkeeping.

Thats all fine and well but they have take 7 weeks so far (still haven't received my retainers) and my teeth have moved significantly. Every time I call the office to ask about the status of my retainers they say they'll get back to me and take another week or so to respond. I'm curious what they'll do when I get the retainers and they don't fit at all. Terrible experience. I have spent 6+ years getting my teeth straight and they messed it up within 7 weeks. The best part of this office, besides of being very professional, is no waiting time. I have grown accustomed to waiting for an hour when visiting a doctor, but at Platinum, they take you right in if you come a few minutes early. Finally, no long waiting time! Dr. Bills genuinely cares about his patients, ranging all ages. He helps you to find the best treatment plan, considering the effectiveness and cost at the same time. He is very friendly and fun, a great quality if we bring the little one. Over all, I am very happy that we found Dr. Bills. I am sure Dr. Gardener is wonderful too, but so far we have primarily worked with Dr. Bills. As for the facility itself, the office is spacious and bright, which gives a pleasant feel and less stressful. It doesn't have those overhead TVs or children's play area like some dentists have, but that's not really in our evaluation matrix at all. From the first shot my entire body was in distress. Of course I knew I would experience pain but this was outrageous. He was aggressive and I was showing extreme distress pulling my legs up off the chair and turning my face. He continued and did not stop even though I was bawling my eyes out. I went into fight or flight, freeze . I froze and was scared to death. I'm not one to not speak my mind but my mind and body went into trama mode. He never once showed any concern or asked if I was ok! Any dr. I've ever seen has stopped or showed comfort when in the slightest pain! I feel like he could care less about me as a human. After slamming the forth shot into me I finally found the courage to say I need a break! I told him whatever it took to get out of there! I felt I was not safe. He was irritated and short with me. I said I would reschedule knowing I would not. I left there shaking and could not see through tears and make up. I pulled out of the parking lot and parked across the street and called my daughter while shaking. My body trembled for four hours after and I was tramatized for weeks. Being rude and dismissive of patients pain and concerns is against his code of ethics and I'm sure he learned this in school but seems to not give a shit!!!!I my opinion only but I believe this guy is very mentally disturbed I finally found a loving caring dentist that started my process with the upmost care and professionalism. My husband went to Dr Anderson for a consultation for a dental implant. The consultation went okay…read moreand Dr Anderson offered to do the implant right then. My husband chose to go forward with the implant. He was given the numbing injections and hooked up to the vital sign machine. Then Dr Anderson asked me to wait in the lobby. Fifteen minutes later, my husband was done getting a bone graft and implant. The only instructions he was given was to come back in six months to check the implant. No post-op instructions were given. My husband has had several implants in the past and his pain after this implant was ten times worse than any of his previous implants. His healing took several weeks before he was able to eat without pain. Two months after the implant was surgically placed by Dr Anderson, the implant fell out of his jaw. In two months, it should have been integrated with the jaw bone quite well. We ended up having to go to another dentist to have the surgery done correctly. Dr Anderson charged us for the implant procedure and we have had to pay another $2150 out of pocket to have the implant placed properly. This whole experience has been terrible! As a healthcare professional, I would not recommend getting surgery done by Dr Anderson. He does not meet the standards of care!
