The instructors do an incredible job breaking down the moves, technique, timing, and especially musicality in a way that makes everything easy to understand. You learn not just what you're doing, but why you're doing it, which has made such a difference in my dancing. The prices are great, the instructors are welcoming, and the classes are genuinely so much fun. But what really makes MDN special is the community. You sign up thinking you're just going to learn salsa, and somehow you end up finding a community you never knew you wanted or needed. Joining MDN has honestly been one of the best decisions I've made. When my daughter wanted to start tap lessons, she was a little older than most kids and she didn't want to be in a beginner class with all 6 year olds.  BPA had a beginner adult/teen class that was perfect.  She learned so much with Mark in one year she skipped a level the next year. My daughter loved it here so much she would get up early on Saturdays to help out as an assistant in a dance class for the little kids before her own ballet class. Elisa and Mark are professionals from Broadway, TV and film so they are very talented and are excellent teachers but also have a warm and fun environment.   My daughter is in college now training to be an actor and I know Elisa and Mark's teaching and encouragement helped her make it to college

As of April 2016, I think they…read moreare the best ballroom studio around in northern NJ for those that use independent instructors. Often at times you'll have the floor to yourself (which is kept in great shape) and have exclusive use of the sound system. When the floor is busy we've often been allowed in the smaller rooms (I only dance Latin anyway) at no additional cost or detriment. The only detriment to it now I see are the Friday night socials, which only allow newbies or those registered for their classes to go. Considering a few of my friends are in them and often go to this social, I'm kind of left out. On the other hand though, I could just as easily register for a class and go... The rest of the socials are great, but they do cater to an older crowd then you would typically at a bar scene. In summary: This is a great place for top dancesport competitors and people totally new to the ballroom scene.

The storyline was awesome and everyone got to play a role: some friendships, some backstabbing. It was hilarious to see everyone get into their characters. The production crew made sure everything ran smoothly and that we didn't run astray but still allowed the story to manifest according to what each character was saying. Having a private venue with small bites being passed around and a bartender elevated the party to the next level. It's been almost a week and everyone is still talking about it. I am so so grateful I found Truffles Mystery Immersive and Sonia!

Their passion for dance and theatre is felt the moment you walk through the door but what stands out more than anything is their love for the students of Broadway Bound. We all felt more like family than friends. After I left Broadway Bound I not only had many fond memories but I had skills that helped me for my future. I was able to use what I learned at Broadway Bound as a base as I started to compete for the Miss America Organization where I won talent numerous times and enough scholarship to pay off most of my student loans. Even now Broadway Bound is there for me when I need to rent space for coaching contestants hoping to compete in pageants. They are truly as reliable as family! I love Broadway Bound, Mrs. Kastle, Adam and Shevaun for always being supportive and dedicating themselves to their students.

Their bands went to separate locations to play live music throughout the evening. It was such a wonderful experience. Everyone enjoyed the band's performances. Adam and Clerida performed as a cello and guitar duo at our wedding this past February and I can't…read moresay enough about them. We selected them at the recommendation of our wedding planner who had numerous positive experiences with them in the past, and right from the beginning we were grateful for our pick. Adam worked with us ahead of time to make sure that the they were in lockstep with our vision. The day of, they showed up early, were professional, and truly set the mood with their beautiful performances (lots of Beatles!). We had them for both the ceremony and the cocktail hour and I'm still receiving comments of praise from our guests. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
