Adjustments would often cause me to gain weight and it's been really frustrating. Just over six weeks ago I started the HCG diet with Weighless and I've lost over 21 lbs. The weekly meetings are inspirational and all the leaders I've met are passionate about helping me be successful. I usually attend the 9:30 meeting. Peggy is a rock star!!! Funny, uplifting, and an expert. She's been leading meetings for This center is cheery, bright and welcoming. The staff are supportive and make weigh in a positive experience. Products they sell seem a little over priced. But several have become staples. I love the mini bars - peanut butter is my fave. Giving them 4 stars because there's a lack of diversity. Someone made a racist comment at a previous meeting and it made me very uncomfortable. It was the only time I ever heard it there, so I don't want to blow it out of proportion. I definitely recommend the program, and the staff are terrific.

Twice I was having symptoms that would indicate low estrogen and it wasn't until I saw my primary dr. and switched back to regular hormones that the symptom stoped. My primary dr. said that hormone blood tests (that they use as the basis of their treatment) are not very accurate. You can have 3 blood tests throughout a 24hr period and it will likely show different results. Save your money.

Twice I had my rates increased by 20 and 25 percent several months after I agreed to a year long contract (they called it a "small increase" but it's around $300). They have continued to decrease benefits over the years (decreasing discount from 25% to 20% for supplements ordered through FullScript). And then I found they were marking up my GLP1 medication by 100 percent (more than $300!) from the compounding pharmacy they used. I only found out about this because of an error in the pharmacy contacting me about billing. For this reason, I have left the practice.

This was more like a sales call then a consultation…read more I scheduled a consultation for 8:00 AM for my ED. I arrived on time and was quickly escorted to an examination room. There I waited for 15 minutes for a medical tech to come in and take some blood and vitals. The medical tech was very incompetent, imho, and took over 30 minutes to draw the blood and take the vitals. He was using a portable blood pressure meter that one would use for home use to take my blood pressure, but it did not work. He tried 5 times, the cuff would not inflate, and he finally gave up and got a manual cuff. He made two attempts to draw blood, missing the first vein then kept moving the needle while barely getting it in the second vein. He left, and came back 5 minutes or so later asking some questions. He left again and came back 5 minutes or so later asking more questions. At this point I had already been in the appointment for 45 minutes and asked when I would see the "doctor" at which he replied it will be a few minutes. The "doctor" finally came in and we discussed why I was there and my symptoms. After a few moments he went into what I felt was a sales speech, telling me the three prong approach they wanted to take, testosterone pellet injection, penile injections, can prp injection for damaged tissue, all of this without even having blood work results or knowing if there was any tissue damage in the penis. He gave me a test injection in the penis, which did work, and the test results came which not surprisingly indicated I had low testosterone. He then wanted to put me on the three prong approach, without knowing if there was any tissue damage, and had the scheduling and finance person come in to talk about payments. The treatment plan would have cost over $5,000 a year. I had to leave after the appointment went over 1.5 hours to make other appointments that I had. I feel that they were trying to sell me a plan and not a consultation of what is causing my ED
