The person that helped me out was Andrew, I told him I am just starting out and don't really know where to start when it comes to vitamins/supplements. Andrew provided useful information and suggestions, keep in mind I am new and Andrew was able to explain in simple english terms, haha. I was recommended the bundle (3 Bottles: Nature's Fuel, Nature's EFA, and Detoxin) and decided to go ahead and purchase. I was at the gym next door and had parked my car right in front of this shop. Decided to go in a check it out. As soon as I walked in a was greeted, and was asked if I needed help. I wanted to check out the different options of protein and so I said yes. He asked what my goal was and what have I token before. I believe those were the perfect questions to start with to ultimately purchase the best protein for me. He gave me detail of each protein he had and even recommended some proteins he liked. Love this place! Not only do they have a great and wide selection of supplements but their customer service here is above and beyond. I normally go to GNC to get all my supplements because honestly I've never really check out other places. Yes it is my fault indeed! In fact I even narrow myself down to only going to one particular GNC location all because of the customer service, and that's not saying that this location have good customer service they actually don't there's just one associate there that provides every customer with a 10 stars service while all the other associates are all crap including the manager. All the other GNC that I've gone to including one right across the street from where I work have poor customer service. They are pretty much only good at promoting what's new and not really what's good for you. Nutrishop on the other hand are the total opposite! They find out what your needs are first before recommending anything to you. From telling you what sales the most and what works best for you, they provide you with all the information that you need plus more. Luckily I came across Nutrishop because I was helping my boyfriend pick up his protein that he ran out on and since I was running low on my supplement I figure why not look around since I was there. I basically left the store feeling great about the supplements that I got plus a free shirt, new shaker, and 10% off yelp check in. WOW that never happens at GNC even if you're gold club member they still treat you like crap ;/.............To top everything off I receive an email from Andrew about a weeks later following up/thanking me on my purchase. Amazing, he even offer a consultation at the store 2 weeks later to follow up with the supplements that I purchase and the workout goals that I've mention to him during the time spent at the store. Now that's great customer service that I never expected out of a store that I just go to get supplements from. It's better then the guys you deal with at the car dealership after purchasing your brand new car! After a month of my new supplements it's time for my refill, this time I was there during a great promotion. 20% off when you purchase 2 items, yay what can say I'll just take 2.....again free shirt and new shaker! This has had to be one of the most professional experiences I've ever encountered in a supplement store. I was greeted by Dia manager Andrew who was very knowledgeable and passionate about helping his customers. I felt as though I was speaking to someone who specialized in body composition, weight loss, supplements, and working out. He had me do a test that helps me monitor where I stand fat wise which was free and broke it down to me on what it looks like. Beats doing the water displacement test that cost $80! He helped me pick out the right CLA for me, and he hooked me up with an awesome T-shirt and shaker cup for protein for free as a first time customer! When I first visited this shop I had a wonderful experience the female that helped me was beyond great and I decided to purchase a few items. Unfortunately that experience was short lived upon returning today to simply weigh myself for an update in progress. I encountered A stocky white male employee, who was very nasty and came off a bit racist. His people skills are well below average and he found it necessary to tell me how much the equipment is as if I am stupid or couldn't afford it if I broke it. Mind you I lightly stepped on the machine, a machine that I've used before but he assumed I was just coming in off the street, not knowing that I was a customer already.
