Went into the shop to buy a protein shaker and ended up having a 45-minute conversation with Andrew who was totally patient when answering all my questions about protein supplements/nutrition. I am so impressed with his customer service and knowledge!! Total sweetheart who didn't pressure me to buy anything at all (he actually gave my supplements/vitamins to test to see how I like them). I have never taken supplements before but will be starting to, and I'm definitely coming back to him. She went to the back stock room and urgently came out with a male employee. Their eyes followed us closely throughout our visit. At first, I thought it might be standard customer service, but it quickly became clear that there was an odd intensity to their attention. It felt invasive and made me highly self-conscious. What was even more troubling were the subtle, yet unmistakable signs of racial bias that I sensed during my time there. I believe that every customer deserves to feel safe and respected, regardless of their background. Regrettably, I felt judged and unwelcome, which is a sentiment I never expected to encounter in a retail environment. It's disheartening to think that there are still places where certain individuals might be treated differently based on their race. As we approached the counter to pay for our items, I reached for a pill container on displayand the make employee moved a small tip jar away as it was near the pill holder product... weird. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I won't be returning to this location. I hope the management takes steps to ensure that all customers are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve, regardless of who they are. I would recommend that fellow shoppers consider their options before visiting this store. It's a shame, as I had high hopes for this place, but my experience has made it clear that improvement is needed.

Searching online yielded few results, but a promising offer from Get Yok'd showed that they had a 12 pack of the flavor in stock on their website, and at a competitive value, no less. Naturally, I jumped at the opportunity to purchase the pack and have it delivered to my home. Please note that it is key that on their website and throughout checkout, I was actively purchasing the RASPBERRY CREAM flavored ghost. As soon as the order was placed, I checked my email for a confirmation and at a quick glance you can clearly see the image of the raspberry cream flavor that I ordered, however it is also very easy to overlook the "original" next to the image, which to my dismay I did. Upon arrival, I was both surprised and frustrated to see that the flavor we were so excited for was simply the original flavor. I immediately sent an email to the support team and waited patiently over the weekend and a couple more business days for a response. There has been no response since posting this review. Whether this is intentional on the part of Get Yok'd or simply just a misunderstanding, the evidence provided and my experience as an online customer, paired with the fact that any returns have you paying for shipping AND a 25% restocking fee has me feeling that the former is more likely. I've had bad experiences in stores before, but at the very least every store has done what a store was supposed to do in the end: give me the product I paid for. They also offer free in-body check-ins every Thursday (I believe) and hold small competitions throughout the year to get their customers involved; which I think is fantastic. Honestly, there's nothing they could improve. It's always a pleasure to stop by.

I chose the cookies and cream loose leaf's and those come in 2 per pack for 2.99 ... well they covered up the price with a sticker and up marked the price to $5 .... I was not going to pay extra for only 2 leaves in a pack just because of the flavor...or because they think it's exotic and can double the cost for their profit .... Left out of there disappointed and won't be coming back.... Tip of the day: don't overcharge people for something that clearly has price on it... especially when familiar customers who know what they are buying and know that other places would not do this.
